We had a fantastic holiday. Living up to its name, it's a very fun hotel to come with kids. The entertainment is great, the food is good and varied, and the drinks are top brands in the all-inclusive package. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time. The activities, entertainment, and staff were all excellent. It's ideal for children; everything is close by, so you can keep an eye on them. The drink brands are good, and the service is fairly quick considering the hotel is full. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The all-inclusive offer is well-used, as the bar doesn't close until 1 p.m.

I've been to others and the mini club activities schedule they themselves took them if it was time for aquagym... you didn't pick them up to take them to the pool because then you can't do anything other than keep track of whether you have to pick them up or take them back. I was a little disappointed, also because having been to others in this chain, you already compare...
Con la habitación más cara solo tienes el plus de no dejar fianza x las toallas d piscina,nada más.almohadas súper planas.limpieza a las 3 d la tarde y un día abrieron sin llamar y justo estaba mi hija ahí duchandose.la comida muy repetitiva y varios días faltó la chica d las tortitas así q las hicieron dentro y a la hora d comidas estaban muy frías y como una suela. La piscina muy pequeña para todos los q somos y encima con el cortado para los toboganes...no saben atraer al club a los adolescentes y en el infantil tienes q ir a recogerlos cada hora q salgan fuera y eso es un rollo, he estado en otros y el horario d actividades de miniclub ellos mismos los llevaban si tocaba aquagym...no los recogias tu para sacarlos a la piscina xq así no puedes hacer otra cosa q estar pendiente d si tienes q recogerlos o volverlos a llevar. Me ha decepcionado un poco, tb porque al haber ido a otros d esta cadena pues ya comparas....

I loved the experience, a very quiet hotel. We took the superior double room for two adults and two girls, one 13 years old and the other 2 years old, and the truth is that we were very comfortable.
