The room was clean, the staff was lovely, the place was in the center and close to the ski slopes and lifts.
We got a room on the third floor, there was a smoking area under our window, all the smoke and the smell came into the room and it was not possible to open the window, in addition there was noise all day and all night from the smoking area, we said at the reception that it bothered us a lot, but they did nothing.
At dinner they don't give water, only by paying money.
The spa had an expensive fee of 10 euros for 45 minutes per person, we thought we got a hotel with a free spa for free.
There is no coffee maker in the rooms,
The food is varied, but there is no detail of what exactly is in the food,
The grill service works intermittently and you have to wait for no good reason.
Going skiing is not to the tracks, you have to walk about 100 meters.

The staff are hardworking, lovely and helpful - especially the ones at the bar and restaurant.
Shower curtain don’t quite work - water splashes everywhere after a shower - would be better with a glass screen and it will make the bathroom look a bit more upmarket. Not sure about the brown colored toilet paper. The room doesn’t have kettle and tea facilities. Minor points but could make a difference.

The staff at the hotel were excellent and very welcoming / accommodating.
We had room with breakfast and the breakfast was really good!
The hotel is very close to the main ski lifts and the centre of Pas de la Casa. We've stayed in many different places in Pas but this was the best.
I would recommend half board because restaurants have gone up quite noticeably in price since before the pandemic, so I think choosing to eat at the hotel could be more economical.

Price and location was good, but it's not near 4 star. The staff was very friendly, all of them.
In general it's old, the rooms have no view at all, literally looking onto a wall. The Spa is very basic.

Everything.4 star hotel It's a joke. Food disgusting,"swimming pool" in which can fit only 4 people. Sauna and steam bath not working. The bed was super unstable, it felt almost breaking down everytime I moved. How cannit be 4 star

Was exactly as we expected. Location is good for Skiing access Storage in basement which is not far from the lifts. The breakfast had a reasonable selection and the same for evening meals.
We had no problems in the hotel at all.

ideal location for ski , good food and nice rooms. Xavier from the reception was a really nice guyand helpfull.
there was the barman , david, who worked against his enthousiasme and disliked to speak some english or french .
