Location: 100% — perfect, especially for a ski trip.
Staff: Friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast: Very limited options. No live cooking station and no cold items such as olives, cream cheese, or labneh. However, the croissant is amazing!

The hotel is just next to the lifts & the city centre.
Nice SPA (hammam + jacuzzi + sauna)
Food is at most average, the breakfast is a shame for a 4-star hotel.
When I put do not disturb sign on the door I expect that cleaning service will respect it.
No fridge in the room.

For the same price, there are hotels with all-you-can-eat buffet dinners and free spa access. When they told me it was €15 for an hour at the spa, I was disappointed. It's true they don't advertise the all-you-can-eat dinner buffet, but to live up to their 4-star rating, they should offer it. The most disappointing thing is that one of the first courses on the dinner menu is a glass of juice from a carton (unbelievable!).
Por el mismo precio hay hoteles con buffet libre para cenar y con spa gratuito.
Cuando me dijeron que eran 15€ por una hora de spa me quedé decepcionado.
Es cierto que no indican que hay buffet libre para cenar pero para estar a la altura de las 4 estrellas deberían de ofrecerlo.
Lo más decepcionante es que uno de los primeros del menú de la cena sea un vaso de zumo de tetra brick (alucinante)

It's stunning. The best snow hotel I've ever been to, BY FAR. They're incredibly charming. The rooms are fantastic, warm, and always spotless. The hotel staff is second to none. The car service to get you to the municipal car park lot is brilliant! The food is very different from any other hotel. Forget the buffet, this is CUISINE! Everything is delicious, homemade, and the drinks are super reasonable. The restaurant is top-quality. The ski area is the best I've seen in a long time, right next to the ski lifts... Seriously, it's unbeatable. I've been travelling to different snow destinations for many years, and this is my fourth time in Grandvalira, and now I have my own hotel. P.S. My wife and I spent my birthday there, and they even treated us to a bottle of cava. What a luxurious hotel! I wish they were all like this!
Es impresionante. El mejor hotel de nieve en el que he estado jamás, DE LARGO. Son tremendamente encantadores. Las habitaciones son geniales, calientes y siempre limpísimas.
El personal del hotel es insuperable. El servicio de coche para acercarte el parking municipal, genial!
La comida es muy diferente a cualquier hotel. Olvídate del buffet, esto es COCINA! Todo riquísimo, casero, precios para las bebidas super razonables. Calidad altísima de la restauración.
El guardski es el mejor que he visto en mucho tiempo, al lado de los remontes…
De verdad, es insuperable.
Llevo muchos años viajando a la nieve a distintos destinos y esta es mi 4ª vez en Grandvalira y, desde ahora, ya tengo mi hotel.
Pd: pasamos mi cumpleaños allí mi mujer y yo y hasta nos invitaron a una botella de cava.
Qué lujo de hotel, ojalá todos fueran así!!!
