The room was clean, the staff was lovely, the place was in the center and close to the ski slopes and lifts.
We got a room on the third floor, there was a smoking area under our window, all the smoke and the smell came into the room and it was not possible to open the window, in addition there was noise all day and all night from the smoking area, we said at the reception that it bothered us a lot, but they did nothing.
At dinner they don't give water, only by paying money.
The spa had an expensive fee of 10 euros for 45 minutes per person, we thought we got a hotel with a free spa for free.
There is no coffee maker in the rooms,
The food is varied, but there is no detail of what exactly is in the food,
The grill service works intermittently and you have to wait for no good reason.
Going skiing is not to the tracks, you have to walk about 100 meters.

The service was excellent and professional, the staff very attentive and efficient. The horel leaves a lot to be desired to advertise itself as 4 stars. The rooms are not comfortable, everything is old and it shows that there is no investment to renew the furniture or the buildings. They advertise a fotmess center and it is just a counter (which was broken) a bike and an elliptical in a mirrored room (that is not even CLOSE to a gym or fitness center) as well as the spa ski area that is not up to par with a 4 stars.
La atención fue excelente y profesional, el personal muy atento y eficiente. el horel deja micho que desear para anunciarse como 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones no son comodas, todo es anitguo y se nota que no tiene inversion para renovar i mobiliadio ni lo edilicio. Anuncian centro de fotmess y es solo una conta (que estaba rota) una bici y una eliptica en una habitacion espejada (eso no es ni CERCA un gimnasio o centro de fitness) al igual que el sector spa que no esta a la altura de un 4 estrellas.

El hotel deja mucho que desear para anunciarse como 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones no son comodas, todo es antiguo y se nota que no tiene inversion para renovar ni mobiliario ni lo edilicio. I loved the whole hotel, super friendly staff, clean and super good and different food.
Adorei todo o Hotel, staff super simpático, limpo e comida super boa e diferente.
Meal times could be longer. There was a day when we didn't know whether or not we would arrive in time for dinner, so we were advised to book the ''cold dinner'', we were grateful but said we would try. We arrived 30 minutes before the restaurant closed but they said we couldn't go in because the dinner was cold in our room. It was a wrap (those already packaged and sealed), packet potatoes, a bar and water. We tried to ''return the dinner'' since everything was sealed, it was not possible. We had to go out to eat because that dinner was really poor.
Horários das refeições poderiam ser maiores. Houve um dia que não sabíamos se íamos ou não chegar a horas de jantar, então foi-nos aconselhado reservar o ''jantar frio'', nós agradecemos mas dissemos que íamos tentar. Chegamos 30 minutos antes do fecho do restaurante mas disseram que já não podíamos entrar porque estava no nosso quarto o jantar frio. Era um wrap (daquelas embalados já feitos e fechados), batatas de pacote, uma barra e uma água. Tentamos ''devolver o jantar'' visto que estava tudo selado, não foi possível. Tivemos de ir comer fora porque aquele jantar era mesmo muito fraco.

Our room's windows faced a patio that had a very bad smell!!!! The beds were in very bad condition, when you wanted to turn around the entire bed moved!!! In general this hotel does not deserve four stars!!!!
Ventanas de Nuestra habitación daban a un patio que echaba muy mala olor!!!!Las camas en muy mal estado,cuándo querías dar la vuelta se movía la cama entera!!!En general este hotel no se merece cuatro estrellas!!!!

The experience has been unbeatable. The breakfast was very complete and the staff was friendly and professional, in particular I highlight the service provided by Sofía who made us feel at home. The ski lockers and location of the hotel is spectacular. We will return without a doubt.
La experiencia ha sido inmejorable. El desayuno muy completo y el personal amable y profesional, en particular destaco el servicio prestado por Sofía que nos hizo sentirnos como en casa. El guardaesquí y la ubicación del hotel es espectacular. Volveremos sin duda alguna.
