          Key collection: If you are going to arrive later than the check-in time, don't worry, with a surcharge you can pick up the keys after hours. From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM the price is 20€ and from 12:00 AM onwards, 35€.
          Towels: Towels are not included, but can be rented for 10€.

          Deposit: The deposit is 150€ from March 16th to October 14th, 90€ from October 15th to March 15th and 250€ at the end of the year. This amount is to be paid by credit card upon arrival.
          Air conditioning: The surcharge for air conditioning (on request) is 11,50€/day, 55,50€/week or 92€/fortnight.
          Cleaning: The apartments include both check-in and check-out cleaning, but they must be returned in the same condition they were in on the day of arrival.
          Check in online: to speed up your check in, this accommodation has online check-in available for 1 or 2 days prior to arrival.

          Accommodation description

          The Sol y Luna 3000 Apartments are located in Peñiscola, one of the most beautiful destinations of the Costa Azahar, in the Valencian Community.

          The apartments are located in an urbanization with swimming pool and are ideal for a holiday as a couple or family.

          The accommodation has two single beds in the case of studios with capacity for two people and a double sofa bed in the case of studios with capacity for four people. In addition, the accommodations are equipped with a small kitchenette with hotplates, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The kitchen shares space with the living room. As for the bathroom, it is separated from the rest of the room. They have a bright dining area with two large windows.

          Take advantage of your stay to visit the castle of Peñíscola and stroll through the old town. Also enjoy its beaches and the water sports you can practice: sailing, surfing, canoeing, paddle surfing, snorkeling...

          Horrible!!!
          I will start with the positives, although unfortunately there are far fewer of them than negatives. The positive side of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was very polite and friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurant and bar. The food was also very tasty. Now let’s move on to the negatives. The rooms are simply terrible and do not meet the standards of a four-star hotel. There was dirt everywhere, and the renovation looked poorly done. The balcony door was practically falling apart. There was no proper hot water – you had to let the water run for about five minutes before it became even slightly warm. Surprisingly, the air conditioning worked quite well. On the first day, we had no hot water at all, so we reported the issue to reception. We were told that a technician would arrive within five minutes. We waited for 20 minutes and nobody came. It was already around midnight. We went back to reception, and once again we were told that the technician would arrive in five minutes. Eventually, he came, checked the water, and told us that hot water only worked when the water pressure was turned to the maximum. About ten minutes after he left, the hot water disappeared again, but we were too tired to keep going back and forth to reception. Speaking of reception, we always had to go there in person because the telephones in the rooms did not work. In fact, the reception phone did not seem to work either. During our entire stay, complimentary water was never replenished in the room. The day before our departure, I asked reception to arrange a wake-up call and prepare a breakfast box because we were leaving at 5:30 a.m. and would miss breakfast. The staff even asked what kind of breakfast we would like, so everything seemed arranged. They did wake us up on time, but when we checked out and asked where we could collect our breakfast boxes, we were told that nobody knew anything about it and that no breakfast had been prepared. As a result, we left hungry. If you are planning to spend time at the beach, be prepared to pay €5 per person per day for sunbeds. The sunbeds included by the hotel are located on the grass approximately 100 meters away from the sea. We also complained that our room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. We were told that if we wanted a better room in the main hotel building, we would need to pay an additional €10 per day. Later, a receptionist kindly changed our room, but the replacement was not significantly better. Overall, the hotel management shows a very careless attitude toward its guests. The employees themselves try to help and are polite, but the problems clearly come from poor management and organization. Our rating: 0/10.

          I found them on the Internet
          I found them on the Internet, i made a fast research over de credibility of amimir.com and i booked fast because was cheaper than booking.com. I choose to pay only 10euro in advance and all the rest 1 week before travelling. Sure i will choose them next time. Thank you!
