The rooms are very good, the hotel reception is pleasant, as is the cleanliness. The children's pools are great fun. The location of the hotel is spectacular. A 2-minute walk from Majorca's best beach! The surrounding roads work very well and traffic flows smoothly. I felt safe.
Os quartos são muito bons, a receção do hotel é agradável , assim como a limpeza . As piscinas das crianças são muito divertidas. A localização do hotel é espetacular. A 2 minutos a pé da praia melhor de Maiorca! As estradas circundantes funcionam muito bem e o transito flui sem pressa . Senti me segura.
I expected more from the meals, since everything else is so good. The food doesn't taste very good. But given everything else, I would repeat the experience.

Everything was spectacular! The staff, especially paula the reception girl, the food little variety but good, every night dinner from a different country, nice and clean hotel, quiet area, and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Stores and bars 1 minute away.
Todo espectacular! El personal, en especial paula la chica de recepción , la comida poca variedad pero buena ,cada noche cena de un país diferente , hotel bonito y limpio, zona tranquila, y a 5 minutos de la playa andando. Zona de tiendas y bares a 1 minuto
To say something, that I blame the tourists for not respecting the rules, hammocks occupied before 8 in the morning, so I could not enjoy any of the 6 days of the pool, because the chill out pool area is only for rooms with access to it.

Very spacious and new rooms with large terrace. Excellent cleanliness. Water machines in corridors to refill bottles. No queues to enter the dining room or to check in. Varied buffet, with themed dinners at night and bottle of osmosis water at the table free of charge. The hotel staff is very friendly. The pool and the water slides are great for children and teenagers. It is not a very big hotel so it is very comfortable and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. In the surroundings you can find restaurants and stores. There is also a bus stop very close to the hotel. We loved this hotel!
Habitaciones muy amplias y nuevas con amplia terraza. La limpieza excelente. Máquinas de agua en pasillos para rellenar botellas. Parking exterior sin coste.Sin colas para entrar al comedor, ni para hacer el checking. Bufet variado, con cenas temáticas por la noche y botella de agua de ósmosis en la mesa sin cargo. El personal del hotel muy amable. La piscina de los tobaganes son geniales, para niños y adolescentes. No es un hotel muy grande por lo que es muy comodo.La playa está a 5 minutos andando. En los alrededores puedes encontrar restaurantes y tiendas. También hay parada de autobús muy próxima al hotel. Nos ha encantado este hotel!!

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and the best thing is that it is two steps from the beach. The staff has been very friendly. The waiters are very attentive, including Neo. Not to mention the entertainers, which unfortunately we met at the end since we always went to the beach, but we participated in 2 workshops (painting and pin pon) and they were very fun. Finally, it is worth mentioning the connection of the airport bus with the bus stop that leaves you next to the hotel, it was great!
El Hotel está muy bien. Las habitaciones son amplias y lo mejor es que esta a dos pasos de la playa. El personal ha sido muy amable. Los camareros son muy atentos, entre ellos, Neo. Sin olvidar de los animadores, que desafortunadamente conocimos al final dado que siempre nos íbamos a la playa, pero participamos en 2 talleres (pintura y pin pon) y fueron muy divertidos. Por último, es destacable la conexión del el autobús del Aeropuerto con la parada que te deja al lado del hotel. ¡Ha sido genial!
