Deposit (payment by credit card): From March 16 to October 14: a deposit of 150€ per apartment is required upon arrival. From October 15th to March 15th: a deposit of 90€ per apartment is requested upon arrival. The night of December 31st and during the Benicasim International Festival: a deposit of 250€ per apartment is requested upon arrival.

Important arrivals: if your arrival will be after 8:00 PM, you must notify the accommodation in advance so that they can tell you how to check in.

Air conditioning: 11,50/day, 65/week, 100/fortnight (on request).

Cots: 8 €/day, 40 €/week and 60 €/fortnight.

Towels: 10€/set (ask for it at reception).

Cleaning: It will be essential to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, otherwise you may not be refunded 100% of the deposit.
