I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was absolutely perfect. The only thing missing is that the water Water Slides for children should have a bit more access for older children, as some kids need to get over their fear. But everything was perfect, I would go back without hesitation.

The reason I won't be returning is because of the elevators. It's a very large hotel for so few elevators, especially considering we were travelling with strollers. We always spent a very long time waiting for one. Everything else was great.

The room cleanliness left something to be desired, and we had an accident on the children's splash pool slide because when the water from the bucket fell, the slide lifted up and trapped my son's foot—a big scare! We spent a week at the hotel. First of all, congratulations to Fabián, the guy at the ice cream stand by the children's pool. He's lovely, kind, and super friendly. My daughter still mentions him and remembers him. Thank you for being so wonderful to her. We went to that hotel because we've stayed at several hotels in the chain (this was our first time) and because of their mascot, Hugo. My daughter loves him, and we expected our experience to be like the others, but it was nothing like that. It was a shame... Hugo barely makes an appearance, doesn't take pictures with the children, and is very distant. He only appears five minutes after the mini-disco... and they don't even let the children near him. I understand it's very hot and that he has to wear that outfit, which must be awful, but some families have traveled there for that reason (we certainly won't be going back; my family, at least, will go to the other hotels). One of the days we were there, one of the staff members kept telling all the children not to approach him, not to touch him, and not to go up on the stage. I understand that they shouldn't go up, but there are ways to say things. They're small children; they get excited when they see Hugo.I'm not going to say which day it is because I don't want to upset anyone, but anyway... I'm very unhappy with the children's entertainment... Changing the subject, it's not all bad. The cleanliness was adequate, the reception staff were very attentive, and the young man who checked us in when we arrived (I'm sorry I don't know his name) was excellent and explained everything perfectly. The hotel is a bit confusing to navigate, but with his explanations, we understood everything immediately. The food is always the same, but it's fine. It's true that the children's pool is shaded in the afternoon, but I don't see that as a disadvantage; on the contrary, I like it. Children shouldn't be in the sun, so in my opinion, it's a good thing. I've read negative comments about the hill to get to the large pool from the small one; it's true that it's a bit rough... But there's another option through the car park lot, and you can get there in 4 minutes. The beach is right across the street; it's not bad, the sand is coarse, and it's easily accessible. There are shops and restaurants near the hotel, so it's nice for a stroll. Hey, that's a great idea! They have coin-operated washers and dryers, it's fantastic! I've never seen that in a hotel before, I love the idea. With babies and children, dirty laundry tends to pile up.

Lo primero dar la enhorabuena a Fabián el chico del kiosko de helados de la piscina infantil es encantador, cariño, super amable mi hija aún le nombra y se acuerda de el gracias x ser así de maravilloso con ella.
Fuimos a ese hotel x q ya hemos estado varias veces en hoteles de la cadena ( en este era la primera ) y por su mascota Hugo a mí hija la encanta y nosotros esperábamos q nuestra experiencia fuera como en los otros pero para nada., nada q ver una pena...Hugo apenas tiene presencia no se hace fotos con los niños son muy distantes, solo aparece 5 minutos después de la mini disco ...y no dejan ni A los niños acercarse yo entiendo que hace mucho calor y llevar ese traje que tiene que ser horroroso, pero hay familia q hemos viajado hasta allí x eso ( desde luego no volvernos nunca, mi familia al menos a este hotel iremos a los otro), unos de los días q estuvimos, unos de los chicos no paraba de repetir a todos los niños que no se acercaran y no tocaran, q no subieran las escenario q lo entiendo lo q no suban es normal pero hay forma de decir los cosas, son niños pequeños se emocionan al ver a Hugo... no voy a decir qué día es porque no le quiere perjudicar pero en fin... Muy descontenta con la animación infantil...
Cambiando de tema q no todo es malo la limpieza correcta, la gente de recepción muy atentos el chico q nos atendió cuando llegamos siento no saber el nombre super bien nos explicó todo genial el hotel es un poco lioso para moverse pero con sus explicaciones lo entendimos a la primera, la comida siempre es lo mismo pero correcta, la piscina infantil si es verdad q x la tarde la da la sombra pero yo eso no lo veo desventaja al contrario me gusta a los niños no les debe de dar el sol, a mí forma de ver un acierto, he leído comentarios negativos de la cuesta para ir a la piscina grande desde la pequeña, es verdad q es un poco mala... Pero hay otra alternativa a través de parking y se llega en 4 minutos.
La playa está enfrente no está mal es arena gorda, tiene buen acceso.
En los alrededores del hotel hay tiendas tipo bazar, restaurante, está bien para dar una vueltecita.
Oye acosa positiva q tiene lavadoras y secadora de monedas todo un acierto nunca lo h aia visto en un hotel me encanto la idea llevando bebés y niños o ropa sucia se acumula

They really should implement elevator access from the different floors. Taking three elevators with a stroller is madness; it's already difficult enough to get one during rush hour...

Teníamos que coger n ascensor para bajar a la segunda, coger un pasillo, luego un ascensor a las cuarta porque no llegaba más arriba y luego otro pasillo y otro ascensor para subir a la quinta. Deberían hacer ascesis desde las diferentes plantas. Con carrito de bebe coger 3 ascensores es una locura, ya cuesta coger uno en horas puntas...

The children's pool isn't in the hotel; it's in the apartments, and you have to take a holiday to get there, and so on and so forth.

There's no air conditioning in many parts of the hotel, such as the hallways and stairwells. The food in the dining room is good but lacks variety. The dining room was overcrowded, and they even cordon off several available areas with tape because they're already preparing for the next service. There are traffic jams at the entrance because there's only one woman to collect payments from departing customers and greet those arriving, although a head waiter occasionally comes by but doesn't usually stay long. They don't show you to a table; you have to find one yourself. There's a bald employee who, 10 minutes before the dining room closes, keeps rushing you, asking if you want dessert, not because he's going to bring it, but because it's time (again, even though it's within the dining room's opening hours). One rude waiter huffed when he saw a new table sit down and didn't exchange a word with us or even greet us. It's worth mentioning that the rest were friendly, especially the trainees.
No hay aire acondicionado en muchas partes del hotel como los pasillos, escaleras, etc.
La comida del comedor es buena pero poco variada. El comedor estaba colapsado de clientes, y además cierran varias zonas disponibles con una cinta porque ya lo tienen preparado para el siguiente servicio. En la entrada se forman atascos porque solo está 1 chica para cobrar bebidas a los que marchan y para recibir a los que entran, aunque de vez en cuando también se pasa un metre pero no suele quedarse mucho tiempo. No te llevan a una mesa sino que te tienes tú que buscar la mesa. Hay un empleado calvo que 10 minutos antes de que cierre el comedor te va apurando preguntándote que si quieres postre, y no es porque te lo vaya a traer, sino que si le preguntas te dice que porque es la hora (repito, estando dentro de la hora de apertura de comedor)
Un camarero borde, resopló cuando vió que se le sentó una mesa nueva, y no intercambió palabra con nosotros ni nos saludó. Cabe decir que el resto fueron amables, sobre todo los que estaban en prácticas

I stayed three years ago and had a fantastic time with the entertainment, but the recent renovations have changed that, as you can't participate in the activities if you're in the pool.
