The hotel to go with children is very good, the food is very good, varied quantity and quality
El hotel para ir con niños está muy bien, se come muy bien variado cantidad y calidad
We were three adults plus a child and they gave us a super small room you could barely move with only two beds for the 4 of us but of course an extra bed couldn't fit, the cleaning of the room was terrible there was poop stuck in the toilet very bad
Nosotros éramos tres adultos más un niño y nos dieron una habitación súper pequeña apenas te podías mover con solo dos camas para los 4 pero claro una supletoria no cabía, la limpieza de la habitación era pésima había caca pegada en el wc muy mal

Everything that is not bad, boring staff, with nothing else to do except eat a lousy prison barracks meal, swimming pool and theater that after the daily show stays dead hours with nothing else to do.
Todo lo que no es el personal mal , aburrido ,sin más nada que hacer salvo comer una comida pésima de cuarteleo carcelario , piscina y teatro que después del espectáculo diario se queda horas muertas sin más nada que hacer.

El hotel exceptuando tema de precios si no llevas el todo incluido, es fantástico todo.
If you have not contracted an all-inclusive, you should know that the prices in the hotel, both drinks, pizzeria, food, etc., are ABUSIVE.
Si no llevas contratado un todo incluido, debes de saber que los precios en el hotel, tanto bebidas, pizzeria, comidas etc, son ABUSIVOS.

We took the hotel because of its association with FACE (celiac association) however, despite having warned that a celiac person was going, they ran out of gluten-free bread for both dinner and breakfast

Facilities and cleanliness of 10. Newly renovated bedrooms, very well cared for, they do not lack detail. The shower is a hoot! Amazing staff, friendly beyond belief. Free car park available.
Instalaciones y limpieza de 10. Habitaciones recién reformadas, muy cuidadas, no les falta detalle. ¡La ducha es un puntazo! El personal increíble, amables a más no poder. Aparcamiento disponible gratuito.
Nothing negative. I would only say that they need some thicker curtains because all the sun enters as soon as it leaves.
Nada negativo. Solo diría que les falta unas cortinas más tupidas porque entra todo el sol en cuanto sale.

Staff, buffet and facilities.
Personal, bufett e instalaciones.
Room service leaves a little to be desired. Upon entering the room we had to call reception because there was an impressive smell of tobacco, and then the regular day, the beds and the cleaning left them half done.
El Servicio de habitaciones deja un poco que desear. Al entrar en la habitación tuvimos que llamar a recepción porque había un olor a tabaco impresionante, y luego el día a dia regular, las camas y la limpieza las dejaban a medio hacer.
