Room with super dirty floor and windows the same, some employees very rude, the buffet with pretty bad food both in taste and unhealthy, lettuce with rotten leaves and flies, you should cover the meals if you have all the windows open and no air conditioning (only in the hall there was air). And they should prohibit until the pool is not open to put towels on the loungers, people came down at 5-6 in the morning to take the best loungers and that can not be if you are not going to use them. The hotel was very crowded, the elevator I have been waiting for 15 minutes on more than one occasion. This hotel for me did not have the 4 stars it claims.
Habitación con el suelo súper sucio y las ventanas igual, algunos empleados muy bordes, el buffet con comidas bastante malas tanto de sabor como poco saludables, las lechugas con hojas podridas y moscas, se debería de tapar las comidas si tienes todas las ventanas abiertas y no hay aire acondicionado (únicamente en el hall había aire). Y deberían de prohibir hasta que no se abriese la piscina el poder poner las toallas en las tumbonas, la gente bajaba a las 5-6 de la mañana para coger las mejores tumbonas y eso no puede ser si no vas a usarlas. El hotel estaba muy masificado, el ascensor he llegado a estar esperándolo 15 minutos en más de una ocasión. Este hotel para mi no tenía las 4 estrellas que dice.

The hotel, next to the sea, has excellent facilities, and very good rooms if you take the ones with sea views. Well located to visit interesting things on the island.
El hotel, junto al mar, tienes unas instalaciones excelentes, y unas muy buenas habitaciones si coger las que tienen vistas al mar. Bien ubicado para visitar cosas interesantes de la isla.
The food is not very varied and not very well cared for.
La comida poca variedad y poco cuidada, se puede comer, pero se puede mejorar

Rooms overlooking the sea, hotel staff of 10, well located to see small coves.

The food was very monotonous, it rained one day with leaks in many places and no evening entertainment.

They let us take a shower the day we left the room in a locker room with prior reservation, so we could stay for lunch and enjoy the all-inclusive until we left.
Nos dejaron ducharnos el dia que dejamos la habitación en un vestuario con previa reserva, y asi pudimos quedarnos a comer y disfrutar del todo incluido hasta irnos.
The timetable of the swimming pool is a bit tight. It starts late, at 10 am and lasts until 7 pm in the middle of August.
El horario de la pisicina es algo justo. Empieza tarde, a las 10 y es hasta las 19h en pleno agosto

The staff, both the cleaning ladies and rooms as the waiters in the restaurant and bar, the cook, as the guy at the reception (a redhead with glasses), super attentive and friendly.
El personal, tanto las señoras de la limpieza y habitaciones como los camareros del restaurante y bar, el cocinero, como el chico de recepción (un pelirrojo con gafas), súper atentos y amables.
The hotel needs a general overhaul, a little overhaul, more room cleaning staff, and above all, especially in the pool areas more garbage cans and staff to clean or pick up what some pig customers (mostly guiris), are not able to pick up and throw in the trash (glasses, plates, food scraps, etc).
El hotel necesita una puesta a punto general, un repasito, más personal de limpieza de habitaciones, y sobretodo, sobretodo, en las zonas de piscina más papeleras y personal que limpie o recoja lo que algunos clientes cerdos (en su mayoría guiris), no son capaces de recoger y tirar a la basura (vasos, platos, restos de comida, etc)

We liked it very much we ate well quiet place parking at the door of the hotel very nice coves nearby breathtaking views IT is very good. Price Quality chapó we will repeat but more days.

The issue of the hammocks even going down at 7 in the morning are already almost all taken and the issue of elevators a building of 12 floors and about 250 rooms with only 3 elevators is very very fair. I think these are the two points that should be improved.
El tema de las hamacas aún bajando a las 7 de la mañana ya están casi todas cogidas y el tema de los ascensores un edificio de 12 plantas y unas 250 habitaciones con sólo 3 ascensores es muy muy justo. Creo que son los dos puntos que deberían mejorar.

The hotel has beautiful views, it is worth staying, the staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. We were very satisfied with our stay.
El hotel tiene unas vistas preciosas, merece la pena estar, el personal es sumamente amable y agradable. Hemos quedado muy satisfecho con nuestra estancia.
I didn't like the food very much because it is very focused on foreign tourism.

The best thing without a doubt is the staff in the restaurant, the snack bar, and the animation, I would definitely come back to this hotel because of them.
Lo mejor sin duda el personal tanto de sala del restaurante, como bar snack, animación din duda volvería por ellos a este Hotel.
We had an odor in the bathroom, which they tried to solve but did not go away, the cleanliness could be better and the worst thing was that when hiring and checking in they told me that I had to leave the rooms before 12h but I could continue until the time of my flight at the hotel and make use of the facilities, eat, drink etc .... Which was not so pk not let me enter to eat in the restaurant pk had already echo chec-out and did not appear on the list, which I and my family could only eat something snack, apparently it was a change of management that had echo that week, unfortunate to my opinion apply to someone who entered with other conditions.
Teníamos un olor en el baño, que intentaron solucionar pero no se fue, la limpieza podría estar mejor y lo peor fue que al contratar y al hacer checkin me dijeron que debía dejar las habitaciones antes antes las 12h pero podia seguir hasta la hora de mi vuelo en el hotel y hacer uso de las instalaciones, comer, beber etc... Lo cuál no fue así pk no me dejaron entrar a comer en el restaurante pk ya había echo chec-out y no constaba en el listado, lo cual yo y mi familia solo pudimos comer algo de snack, por lo visto fue un cambio de gerencia que habían echo esa semana, lamentable para mi parecer aplicarlo a alguien que entró con otras condiciones.
