Everything!! This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it is very good!! Vinicius and the entire staff were very nice and helped us with everything we needed, including the park routes. I will be back again.

We liked everything. Spacious room, comfortable bed and everything modern and clean. Very friendly staff and super delicious breakfast. We also liked that there are different activities in the hotel and they are not paid (billiards, table tennis, books, mini golf, PlayStation…). It is also only 7 minutes from the Espot slopes. Really worth repeating :)
Nos ha gustado todo. Habitación amplia, cama cómoda y todo moderno y limpio. El personal muy amable y el desayuno super rico. También nos ha gustado que hay diferentes actividades en el hotel y encima no son de pago (billar, pin-pon, libros, minigolf, PlayStation…). Además está a solo 7 minutos de las pistas de Espot. Realmente para repetir :)

A very pleasant hotel, very situated with respect to ski slopes and hiking routes. Totally reformed, very nice and pleasant staff. In the afternoons you can play pool or ping-pong. I also have a bonfire fan outside. Located next to public car park (free).

We had a great time in the room. The reformed image made it very welcoming. Very good temperature and comfortable beds. Very nice workers. Very well located in the center of the town and a few km from the ski slope.
Varem estar molt bé a l’habitació. L’imatge reformada la feia molt acollidora. Molt bona temperatura i llits comodes. Els treballadors molt simpàtics. Molt ben ubicat al centre del poble i a pocs km de la pista d’esqui.
The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing of the bedrooms.

They have not refunded the difference of €134 in my favor. I traveled with my wife and two small children. Esquiades assigned me two bedrooms on different floors instead of a studio with a kitchen for the 4 of us, which was what I needed. I spoke with the Hotel and with Esquiades to make the change from two bedrooms to a studio and they both gave me the phone ok. 24 hours before the holiday I realize that what I agreed on by phone did not take effect and my booking continued as at the beginning. They informed me that there was no availability of a studio but it was no longer time to cancel the holiday. Upon arrival at the hotel I confirm that YES there was a studio available and we stayed there. The difference of €134 in my favor was never recognized by Esquiades or the hotel. I have complained several times without any result.
No me han devuelto la diferenvia de €134 a mi favor.
Viajé con mi mujer y mis dos hijos pequeños. Esquiades me asignó dos habitaciones en plantas diferentes en lugar de un estudio con cocina para los 4 que era lo que necesitaba. Hablé con el Hotel y con Esquiades para hacer el cambio de dos habitaciones a un estudio y me dieron el ok telefónico ambos. 24 hrs antes del viaje me doy cuenta que lo que acordé por teléfono no surtió efecto y mi reserva seguía como al principio. Me informaron que no había disponibilidad de un estudio pero Ya no era momento de cancelar el viaje. Al llegar al hotel confirmo que SÍ había un estudio disponible y nos alojamos allí.
La diferencia de € 134 a mi favor nunca fue reconocida ni por Esquiades ni por el hotel.
He reclamado varias veces sin ningùn resultado.
