We are a family of four, and we were given one room on the first floor and another on the fourth. The room on the fourth floor, with its loft-like ceiling, is very uncomfortable because you have to crouch down in the middle of the room; one side of the bed must be only 120 cm high. The bathroom on the fourth floor, which is accessible, has a small, square shower tray and no screen or curtain, so everything got wet. We stayed for four nights, and during our stay, we saw people staying for shorter periods. They couldn't explain why we were assigned room 401; they simply told us they were at high occupancy. A hotel that aspires to excellence, as stated on its website, shouldn't have a room like 401.
Somos una familia de 4 y nos han puesto una habitación en la 1ª planta y la otra en la 4ª.
La habitación de la 4ª aguardillada es muy incómoda ya que tienes que estar agachado en la mitad de la habitación, un lado de la cama debe tener 120cm de altura.
El baño de la 4ª adaptado tiene un plato de ducha cuadrado pequeño y no tiene ni mampara ni cortina, con lo que se mojaba todo.
Hemos estado 4 noches, durante nuestra estancia hemos visto estancias más cortas, no nos han sabido explicar porqué nos han asignado la 401, se han limitado a indicarnos que tenían alta ocupación.
Un hotel que aspira a la excelencia, como indican en su web, no debería disponer de una habitación como la 401.

It's incredible, I have no complaints whatsoever. The attention to detail is fundamental, the information and service are top-notch. The breakfast is complete and every corner of the hotel is very welcoming.

The bathtub and balcony are perfect. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the TV is perfect with HDMI connection. The room is spacious and well equipped. The lobby area and the restaurant and bar are gorgeous. The garden is quite pretty. The stay was perfect.

The heating is a little high and you can hear the surrounding guests shouting.
