They put us in a room right next to reception, very noisy as part of it was a room of 4 converted into two of two and therefore you could hear everything from the other room, it seemed like it was inside ours, horrible, and on top of that the balcony faced a wall.

Despite not being on the beach, it only takes 10/15 minutes to walk to the beach promenade and the restaurant area.
A pesar de no estar a pie de playa,solo se tarda 10/15 minutos andando al paseo de la playa y la zona de restaurantes.
The hotel does not deserve the 4* it has. Very average rooms, small pool area and there are no umbrellas for everyone, people asked the lifeguard but she told them they had no more. The food is good, but the variety is scarce, to be honest. Not to mention the terrible check-in we had, they told us that there was overbooking, they would not give us our room until the next day. They sold us the motorbike that they would give us a triple, better, and with mountain views... which turned out to be an adapted one and with views of the cars on the street. They wanted to compensate us with a spa session, for €7, which my daughter could not access and they did not see the problem in leaving her alone outside. We had to get very serious to try to solve the problem. In general terms, the hotel does not compensate the truth.

Habitaciones muy normales,zona de piscina pequeña y no hay sombrillas para todo el mundo,la gente pedia a la socorrista pero les decía que no tenían más.
La comida que hay está buena,pero la variedad es escasa la verdad
Por no hablar de la pésima entrada que tuvimos,nos dijeron que había overbooking,no nos daban nuestra habitación hasta el dia siguiente.nos vendieron la moto que nos daban una triple,mejor,y con vistas montaña...que resultó ser una adaptada y con vistas a los coches de la calle.
Nos querían compensar con una sesión de spa,de 7€,a la que mi hija no podía acceder y no veían el problema en dejarla sola fuera.
Tuvimos que ponernos muy serios para intentar solucionar el problema.
En términos generales,el hotel no compensa la verdad

A pleasant family weekend getaway. Clean room with balcony and pool view, good mattresses, clean outdoor pool but water quite cold. Small jacuzzi for 2 people.Spa we did not try because my 10 year old daughter did not have access. The staff was friendly and the animator from Venezuela was very nice. The food, especially the grilled food was very good. Happy
Una escapada de fin de semana en familia agradable. Habitación limpia con balcón y vistas a la piscina, colchones buenos, piscina exterior limpia pero el agua bastante fría. Un pequeño jacuzzi para 2 personas.El Spa no lo probamos porque mi hija de 10 años no tenía acceso. El personal amable y la animadora de Venezuela muy simpática. La comida, en especial la preparada a la plancha muy buena. Contentos
Drinks at lunch and dinner are a bit expensive. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. Difficult to find parking but we were lucky to find an indoor parking space in the hotel parking lot and in September and with a discount it cost us 10 € per night.
Las bebidas en las comidas y cenas un poco caras. El hotel está a unos 10-15 minutos andando de la playa. Difícil de encontrar aparcamiento pero tuvimos suerte en encontrar una plaza interior en el parking del hotel y en septiembre y con un descuento nos salió a 10 € la noche
