La comida buffet es muy buena, mucha variedad. El personal, camareros, animadores...muy amables y pendientes de todo. Lo recomiendo mucho
El secador de la habitación casi no iba y el aire acondicionado no lo puedes poner cuando quieras, lo ponen ellos

We have had some very good days. We are delighted. Good family atmosphere, excellent food, activities in the pool area are great. Our children had a great time.
Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos. Estamos encantados. Buen ambiente familiar, la comida excelente, las actividades en la zona de piscina están genial. Nuestros niños se la pasaron genial.
Just to put something negative. The boy who makes sure that the rules are followed in the pool area (the SOS), is a bit dull and lacks a bit of charisma. He is very opposite to the rest of the staff.
Solo por poner algo negativo. El chico que está pendiente de que se cumplan las normas en la zona de piscina (el S.O.S), es un poco soso y le falta un poco de carisma. Es muy opuesto al resto del personal.

The employees are very nice, they always seemed happy. I also liked the pool area and Water Slides....the price of the drinks was very good ????

The mattresses were uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep during the days I was there, the floor of the elevators should be maintained.... being a 4-star hotel, I imagined something very good, do we have to remove a star?
Los colchones incómodos,no pude dormir durante los días que estuve;el suelo de los ascensores deben hacerles mantenimiento....al ser un hotel 4 estrellas,me imaginaba algo muy bueno,hay que quitarle una estrella ?.

The hotel in value for money, we found it acceptable. The animators, great. There are activities for adults and children. The food is not bad, although it can be improved. Easy car park nearby. 12min. walking you have the beach of fine sand. Port Aventura is very close to the hotel, you can go without a car.
El hotel en calidad-precio, nos ha parecido aceptable. Los animadores, genial. Hay actividades para grandes y pequeños. La comida no está mal, aunque es mejorable. Fácil estacionar en las proximidades. A 12min. caminando tienes la playa de arena fina. Port Aventura está muy próximo al hotel, puedes ir sin coche.
The sofa bed is uncomfortable, the cleanliness of the room and the food could be improved.
El sofá-cama es incómodo, la limpieza de la habitación y la comida, podrían mejorar.

Everything in general very good, the food good and with variety. Theme covid generally good.
In short a hotel to which we would definitely return.
Todo en general muy bien, la comida buena y con variedad. Tema covid en general bien.
En resumen un hotel al que volveríamos sin duda.
What we didn't like is that the pool was not controlled and sometimes it was overwhelming. And the booking of sunbeds is a joke...it is not supposed to be possible but they are busy all day even if the pool is empty.
Lo que no nos ha gustado es que en la piscina no se controlaba el aforo y a veces era agobiante. Y ya el tema reserva de hamacas es de risa..se supone que no se puede pero están todo el día ocupadas aunque la piscina esté vacía.

In general everything was good! The animation was fun, especially very thoughtful for the little ones. The bedrooms were correct and the food was of good quality and variety and many things were made on the spot.
En general todo bien! La animación muy divertida sobre todo muy pensado para los más pequeños. Las habitaciones correctas y la comida de buena calidad y variedad y muchas cosas te las hacían al momento.
The safety distance was conspicuous by its absence. A lot of crowding in the dining room, 0 distance and not everyone used gloves when taking food and the staff did not tell them anything either....
La distancia de seguridad brillaba por su ausencia. Mucha aglomeración en el comedor, distancia 0 y no todo el mundo utilizaba los guantes a la hora de coger alimentos y el personal tampoco les decía nada...

The facilities of this hotel are very good, very clean and quite new. With many nice details and in the dining room the food is very well presented and very well cared for. The gel and gloves are not missing in the dining room and the mask is mandatory in all indoor facilities. The truth is that we loved it and the value for money was very good.
The hotel is very focused on families with children, the slides and water jets plus the park are very good.
The pool was very clean and the sun loungers were cleaned after each use.
Las instalaciones de este hotel estan muy bien, muy limpias y bastante nuevas. Con muchos detalles bonitos y en el comedor la comida muy bien presentada y muy cuidada. El gel y los guantes no faltan en el comedor y la mascarilla es obligatoria en todas las instalaciones interiores. La verdad es que nos ha encantado y la calidad precio muy bien.
El hotel muy enfocado a familias con niños, los toboganes y los chorros de aqua mas el parque muy bien tbm .
La piscina muy limpia y las tumbonas se limpiaban despues de cada uso.
To put something, I think there was a lack of variety in the children's food. I think some nuggets would have been nice !
Por poner algo, creo que faltaba variedad en la comida infantil. Creo que unos nuggets hubieran ido muy bien !
