It's not the first time we've stayed at the hotel but the entertainment, especially for children, is a plus. The Water Slides, having free drinks at meals, having a fridge in the room, comfortable beds, the Water Slides, the cleaning ladies and the nice animation people, the renovation of the dining room is a success and it has been very nice. I would miss the outdoor area as before.

On the positive side, we'd like to highlight that the staff are aware of the issues and always try to resolve them as best they can. The outdoor pool area is very nice; our son thoroughly enjoyed both the water features and the pool. The children's play area is also spacious, with various options for children to play and have fun. As for the food, it was generally quite good. They have a griddle where they make tortillas to order for breakfast, as well as freshly cooked meat and fish, which is much appreciated.

La zona de piscinas exteriores está muy bien; nuestro hijo disfrutó mucho tanto de las fuentes de agua como de la piscina.
El chiquipark también es un espacio amplio, con varias opciones para que los niños puedan jugar y entretenerse.
En cuanto a la comida, en general fue bastante buena. Disponen de plancha donde preparan tortillas en el momento para el desayuno, así como carne y pescado recién hechos, lo cual se agradece.
Overall, our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing, as we constantly felt they weren't prepared to handle so many guests. From the moment we arrived, it was all waiting. Just checking in took us about an hour and a half to queue, which was especially difficult travelling with a two-year-old and all that entails. Once inside, while exploring the facilities, we discovered the children's play area was closed. We were surprised that, given it was Easter week—a peak season—they didn't have flexible hours, as it closed at 6:00 PM. We chose this hotel, in part, because of the heated pool. However, besides being an extra charge, there was also a queue to get in. The first time, after waiting about 20 minutes, we couldn't even get in. When we finally did, the water was cold; in fact, some people preferred not to go in at all. We couldn't stand it for more than half an hour. Furthermore, there was a problem with the water in our building. On the first day we couldn't shower: initially it was impossible to regulate the temperature and then there was simply no waterAlthough they eventually resolved the issue, we couldn't access the service when we truly needed it. In short, the organization, customer flow management, and facility maintenance leave much to be desired.
En general, nuestra experiencia en el hotel ha sido bastante decepcionante, ya que en todo momento tuvimos la sensación de que no estaban preparados para recibir a tanta gente.
Desde la llegada, todo fueron esperas. Solo para hacer el check-in estuvimos aproximadamente una hora y media haciendo cola, algo especialmente complicado viajando con un niño de 2 años y todo lo que eso implica.
Una vez dentro, al recorrer las instalaciones, nos encontramos con que el chiquipark estaba cerrado. Nos sorprendió que, siendo Semana Santa —una época de alta ocupación— no tengan horarios adaptados, ya que cerraban a las 18:00.
Elegimos este hotel, en parte, por la piscina climatizada. Sin embargo, además de ser de pago, también había que hacer cola para acceder. La primera vez, tras esperar unos 20 minutos, ni siquiera pudimos entrar. Cuando finalmente lo conseguimos, el agua estaba fría; de hecho, había personas que preferían no meterse. Nosotros no aguantamos más de media hora.
Además, en nuestro edificio hubo un problema con el agua. El primer día no pudimos ducharnos: inicialmente era imposible regular la temperatura y, después, directamente no había agua. Aunque finalmente lo solucionaron, no pudimos hacerlo en el momento en que realmente lo necesitábamos.
En resumen, la organización, la gestión de la afluencia de clientes y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones dejan bastante que desear.
