          Regrettable in general. Being a great hotel with good services, everything remains mediocre due to poor management and the apathy of the staff. The entrance is established at 3:00 p.m., we arrived at 4:00 p.m. and we had to wait for the room to be ready until after 5:00 p.m. in the office with our suitcases at the ready. ( true it is that they offered us a snack in the middle of the 35 minutes). That day we could not enjoy the spa since traveling with a child we had restricted hours. With which the next day we were able to enjoy it in two batches first thing in the morning and at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon, which limits your comings and goings around the city. To go down to the spa you had to request a key at reception, which we found out when we couldn't access it and had to go up to reception in a bathrobe twice to enter. It seems that it was difficult for them to give you minimal information on how the service worked. Once we managed to get into the spa, nobody tells you anything or guides you about it, so once again you look for your life. The breakfast was good, but there were people who wanted to go out on the terrace and they left the door wide open and you had to have breakfast with super unpleasant drafts. The second day they did not make our room until 5:30 p.m. in the afternoon. In short, a hotel with pretensions and not highly recommended
          Lamentable en líneas generales. Pudiendo ser un gran hotel con buenos servicios, todo se queda en mediocre por la mala gestión y la apatía del personal. La entrada está establecida a las 15:00hs, llegamos a las 16:00hs y tuvimos que estar esperando a que tuvieran lista la habitación hasta más de las 17:00hs en el office con las maletas en ristre. ( cierto es que nos ofrecieron un refrigerio a mediados de los 35 minutos). Ese día no pudimos disfrutar del spa puesto que al viajar con un niño teníamos el horario restringido. Con lo cual al día siguiente pudimos disfrutarlo en dos tandas a primera hora de la mañana y a las 16: 00 hs de la tarde con lo cual te limita las idas y venidas por la ciudad. Para bajar al spa tenías que solicitar una llave en recepción de lo cual nos enteramos al no poder acceder al mismo y tener que subir a la recepción en albornoz por dos veces para entrar. Parece ser que les costaba darte una mínima información de cómo funcionaba el servicio. Una vez conseguimos entrar en el spa nadie te dice nada, ni te orienta al respecto así que una vez más te buscas la vida. El desayuno bueno, pero había personas que querían salir a la terraza y dejaban la puerta abierta de par en par y tenías que desayunar con corrientes de aire súper desagradables. El segundo día no nos hicieron la habitación hasta las 17:30hs de la tarde. En fin un hotel con pretensiones y no muy recomendable

          The only thing I have to say is that our reservation included the right to the pool and at the hotel reception they did not have it marked, I had to show them my reservation confirmation so they could see that it was included; In any case, we did not have any problem for them to admit it to us, apologizing for it.
          Lo único que tengo que decir es que nuestra reserva incluía derecho a piscina y en la recepción del hotel no lo tenían marcado, tuve que enseñarle la confirmación de mi reserva para que viesen que sí estaba incluída; de todas formas no tuvimos ningún problema para que nos la admitiesen pidiendo disculpas por ello.

Muchos rincones agradables donde sentarse y descansar un rato, en especial el rincón de la chimenea; confortable cuando volvíamos de pasar el día haciendo turismo. El SPA lo teníamos incluido en el precio y lo hemos disfrutado mucho. También hemos utilizado el gimnasio, me parece un gran detalle que no haya que pagar a mayores por su utilización. En resumen, es un hotel que recomiendo sin duda.
