Excellent customer service from the buffet and bar staff, the animation by Willy is very good, with him laughter is guaranteed and if the attention was excellent, the buffet food was very good, you won't go hungry, the heated pool helped us a lot the first day it was raining the kids had a great time.
Excelente atención al cliente por parte del personal del buffet y bar, la animación por parte de Willy muy buena con él las risas están aseguradas y si atención fue excelente, la comida del buffet estaba muy bien hambre no se pasa, la piscina climatizada nos ayudó mucho el primer día que estaba lloviendo los niños lo pasaron genial.

The rooms are large and with a fridge, the pools are very good and it has a heated pool
La habitaciones son grandes y con nevera, las piscinas son muy buenas y tiene piscina climatizada
The buffet does not have varied food, it is very repetitive. On some occasions, the cleaning in the main areas is poor

Very attentive and quick staff in terms of solving the problem we had in the room. Unbeatable animation.
Personal muy atento y rápido en cuanto la solución del problema que tuvimos en la habitación. Animación inmejorable.
When we contracted the reservation they did not give us a choice between full board and all inclusive, once there we tried to pay the difference but we found that it would have to be a minimum of 4 nights and they told us that there were no rooms available, so we had to make do with what is left They should be able to give the option of all inclusive whatever the nights are.
Cuando contratamos la reserva no nos dieron a elegir entre pensión completa y todo incluido, una vez allí intentamos pagar la diferencia pero nos encontramos con que mínimo tendrían que ser 4 noches y nos decían que no habían habitaciones disponibles, así que nos tuvimos que conformar con lo quedado. Deberían poder dar la opción de todo incluido sean las noches que sean.

We had to call to clean the terrace, chairs and tables, they left us a broken clothesline, we had to ask for another one. The hotel needs a coat of paint, the elevator was stuck between floors, queues of 1 hour for buffet, the lifeguards fought with the animation staff. At check out, not even a thank you.
Tuvimos que llamar para limpiar terraza, sillas y mesas nos dejaron tendedero partido, tuvimos que pedir otro. El hotel le falta una manita de pintura, el ascensor se quedaba entre plantas atrancado, colas de 1 hora para buffet, se peleaban los socorristas con los compañeros de animación. En el check out, ni las gracias.

The food was very bad and repeated and totally cold, the beds were very bad, the mattresses were very hard and the springs stuck to you.

The room was great, the cleanliness was good, the food was good and varied, the animation guys were great, all the reception staff, waiters and cleaners were all good. ,,,,
La habitación genial grande la limpieza bien ,la comida buena y variada, los chicos de animación genial,todo el personal recepción camareros y limpieza todos bien,,,,
To put a downside, at mealtimes we had to do two shifts so as not to get so many people together, we started at 1:00 pm until 2:15 pm, of course when we finished at 2:00 pm there were some queues waiting to eat, as a precaution covid,,,,,
Por poner una pega,ala hora de las comidas había que hacer dos turnos para no juntarnos tanta gente nosotros empezábamos a la 13 horas asta las 14,15 claro cuando nosotros acabamos alas 14 había unas colas para comer esperando,,por precaución covid,,,
