Lovely hotel on the seafront with variety of shops and bars in walking distance. Long promenade which is flat and goes for miles.
Hotel entertainment during the day with lots of activities for young and old and nightly entertainment.
Drinks prices are very reasonable.
The rooms are a little tired and could do with a refurb but the beds are comfortable as are the pillows
The shampoo and shower dispensers were empty .
The food is pretty tasteless and overcooked and mostly tepid, there are however microwaves if you want to heat it up.

Although we went as a couple and the hotel is more for families, it is a very quiet hotel

It needs a renovation. Although it's very clean, it's worn, and the doors don't close properly; they're swollen. The dinners, although themed, were repetitive, and the dishes were more or less the same and bland.
Necesita una reforma, aunque está muy limpio se ve desgaste y las puertas no cierran bien, están como hinchadas.
Las cenas aunque eran temáticas, repetían los platos +/- eran lo mismo y desabridos.

The reception and cleaners were all very friendly.

The buffet is repetitive, the restaurant staff comes in for more food and then leaves, sipping a tinto de verano while you wait for more food on the grill, and the hotel's entertainment staff eats with you in the same room. The entertainment could be greatly improved, considering they are 20-year-olds without adult supervision to guide them in their work.
