It started badly: they put us on the first floor in a room where we couldn’t sleep all night because of a lot of noise from the floor above (around 23:45 drunk youngsters shouting on the balconies, at 3:30am banging and yelling, etc.).
The mattress I slept on had springs digging in — it looked very old.
Bathroom with a curtain in the bath. Is this a 4-star hotel?
The next day we spoke to reception and they changed our room, and although there wasn’t so much noise, the one they gave us was more or less the same as the previous one (mattresses, curtains in the bathroom, etc.).
We will never go back to that hotel.
Empezamos mal, nos asignaron en planta primera una habitación que no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, mucho ruido en el piso superior ( sobre las 23:45 jovenes ebrios gritando en los balcones, a las 3:30 de la madrugada dando golpes y vociferando, etc.
El colchón donde dormía yo, se clavaban los muelles, tenía pinta de ser muy viejo.
Baño con cortina en la bañara. Estamos hablando de un hotel de 4 estrellas😳.
Al día siguiente hablamos con recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación y aunque no hubo tanto ruido, esta que nos dieron más o menos estaba igual que la anterior ( colchones, cortinas en baño, etc.)
No volveremos nunca más a ese hotel.

The spa area is spectacular, and both pools are clean and fantastic. The food is varied and delicious. The staff are lovely, especially the entertainment team members Dan and Daniela. And also the security guard Antonio and the lifeguard Michael, for their kindness and professionalism.

Every year we go, there are groups of boys who must be going to some kind of sports competition. They're so wild in the pools that my children can't swim there for safety reasons. They make a mess, spit in the elevators, cause a disturbance in the dining room, and are very loud at night. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but perhaps they shouldn't be so lenient with these groups. They're stressful for the other guests and surely for the staff as well.
Cada año que vamos hay grupos de chicos que deben ir a algún tipo de competición deportiva, son muy salvajes en las piscinas al nivel que mis hijos no pueden bañarse ahí cuando están por seguridad. At reception, they didn't explain anything to us, neither about the facilities nor what was included or not. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the pool, and the activities were scheduled for foreign tourists, which made it impossible for our baby to have a nap. The lifeguard did everything except actually supervise. By far the worst hotel we've stayed at. The chef didn't have a handle on allergies; he even asked me if potatoes contained gluten. I'd give it an even lower rating. The drinks included in the all-inclusive were generic brands, and drinks stopped being served at 11pm.

La habitación daba en el primer piso a la piscina y las actividades tenían horarios para los guiris, así que imposibilitaba la siesta de nuestro bebé. El socorrista hacia de todo menos vigilar. Con diferencia el peor hotel que hemos estado. El cocinero no dominaba las alergias, me preguntó si las patatas llevaban gluten. Le pondría menos nota.
