There was no courtesy room, and the bathroom didn't have a shower screen. The buffet was very limited, with only one row of food where half the options were cold cuts, and the rest were just two or three cold dishes. There was no Wi-Fi.

It's declined significantly in recent years. You can't close a bar at 10 pm and have the beers run out by 21:30h. It's a very welcoming hotel, but it's understaffed. The transfers are unreliable; sometimes they send buses, other times vans, with no regard for the number of people waiting. It's a chain, and the organization is poor.
Ha perdido mucho en los últimos años. No se puede cerrar un bar a las 10 y que se acaben las cervezas a las 21.30. Es un hotel muy acogedor pero tiene falta de personal. Los transfer no funcionan bien , a veces autobuses otras furgonetas sin criterios de cantidad de personas esperando.
Es una cadena y no tiene una buena organización

The staff were friendly. I want to highlight the excellent service and friendliness of the two gentlemen who provided the shuttle to the slopes on the days we were there. They do a great job and do it with such enthusiasm. The dining room staff also deserve recognition.
El personal ha sido amable. Quiero destacar el buen servicio y amabilidad de los dos señores que han hecho el ´transfer´ a pistas los días que hemos estado. Qué buen trabajo hacen y además con alegría. El personal del comedor también merece que se destaque.
The problem we had was that we were at the same time as two schools that really bothered us. They were completely out of control in the dining hall, making a lot of noise in the rooms. We had to call reception because they wouldn't stop making noise until very late at night. We were in a room directly below one of theirs. And to top it all off, they started throwing wet paper at the cars parked below their rooms, one of which was ours. It was a real nuisance. It's a shame we had to deal with it.
El inconveniente que hemos tenido es que hemos coincidido con dos colegios que nos han fastidiado bastante. En el comedor estaban desbocados. Haciendo muchísimo ruido en las habitaciones. Tuvímos que llamar a recepción porque por la noche no paraban de hacer ruido hasta bien tarde. Nosotros estábamos en una habitación debajo de una de las de ellos.Y además se pusieron a tirar papeles mojados a los coches que estaban debajo de sus habitaciones. Uno de los cuáles era el nuestro. Mucha molestia. Una pena que nos tocase a nosotros.

I booked a superior room that wasn't much different from the standard one and included a bathrobe in the room amenities, but we weren't offered one. The jacuzzi was advertised as requiring a swim cap, but most of the users weren't using it. Also, the children were playing in it as if it were a playground, going in and out of the sauna uncontrollably.

The staff's attention, the breakfast, and the transport to the slopes were all very positive, although we didn't use it. However, if we had stayed longer, we would have taken advantage of it as it makes getting to the slopes much easier.
La atención del personal, el desayuno y el transporte a pistas un punto muy a favor aunque no lo utilizamos, pero si nos hubiésemos quedado más días lo hubiésemos aprovechado ya que facilita mucho para llegar a pistas

Being able to rent skis directly inside the hotel; the location is good.

The spa wasn't very clean, it smelled strange, and I don't know if it was being used as a changing area or what, but people were walking in wearing hiking boots, and one person even went in with ski boots—very unhygienic. They accept school groups, so if your visit coincides with one of them, you'll have noise all night long. Nobody does anything about it, and nobody seems to care. At breakfast, they removed most of the items (I don't know if it was to prevent the students from eating them, or I just don't understand why), and the whole hotel was chaotic. The ski lockers is tiny (it doesn't fit skis and boots for two people). At reception, when we arrived for check-in, there was a huge queue, the staff were just wandering around, and only one was actually helping us. There's supposed to be a shuttle to the slopes, but out of three days, we only used it once; the rest of the time we waited, and nobody showed up. For a four-star hotel, the service is more like a two-star.
El spa no estaba muy limpio, olía raro y además no sé si se utilizaba como zona de cambio o qué pero pasaba gente con botas de montaña y hasta uno entró con botas de esquiar, muy antihigiénico.
Aceptan a grupos de escolares, por lo que si tu visita coincide con ello, vas a tener ruido durante toda la noche, nadie hace nada ni parece importarle; en el desayuno quitaron la mayor parte de las cosas (no sé si para que no se las comieran ellos o no entiendo sino por qué) y un caos en todo el hotel. El guardaesquís es MUY pequeño (no caben esquís + botas de dos personas). En recepción cuando llegamos para el check-in, una cola enorme, los empleados paseando y uno solo atendiendo. Se supone que hay un "transfer a pistas" pero de 3 días solo lo cogimos 1, el resto estuvimos esperando y no apareció nadie. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas te dan un servicio de 2.
