Very good
The facilities are small, but very nice. The buffet is small, but the food is delicious. The staff is charming, even the maintenance man who came to fix the safe. The pool is great, right next to the Mar Menor with a spectacular sunset, and you can cross the road and the Mediterranean, where the sea is beautiful.
Las instalaciones son pequeñas,pero están muy bien. El bufet es pequeño pero la comida esta muy rica. El personas es encantador. Hasta el chico de mantenimiento que subí arreglar la caja fuerte. La piscina genial tienes muy cera el mar menor con un atardecer espectacular, y cruzas la carretera y el mediterráneo que el mar esta muy bien.
I stayed for 3 nights and the first day they cleaned the room at 2:30 in the afternoon, the second day it was 3 when I came up from lunch and they hadn't been done, obviously I was with a 2 year old girl and we were going to take a nap and they didn't clean the room anymore. Very poor maintenance, since the safe didn't work, (we went down to reception and they came up to fix it) the shower is rusty, the room door was a little stuck. And there were some light bulbs in the bathroom and bedroom that didn't work. We were on the first floor with rooms, and the people are very sloppy since they threw their cigarette butts and they fell on the terrace and it was full of cigarette butts.
Estuve 3 noches y el primer dia limpiaron a las 2:30 de la tarde la habitación, el segundo dia eran las 3 cuando subí de comer y no habían pasado,obviamente iba con una niña de 2 años y e íbamos a echarnos la siesta y ya no kos limpiaron la habitación. Mantenimiento muy pobre, ya que la caja fuerte no iba, ( bajamos a recepción y subieron a repararla) la ducha esta oxidada la puerta de la habitación estaba un poco atascada. Y habían algunas bombillas del cuarto de baño y habitación que no iban. Nos tocó en la primera planta de habitaciones, y la gente es muy gorrina ya que tiraban las colillas y caían en la terraza y estaba un lleno de colillas.

The staff was fantastic. My wife is celiac and lactose intolerant. In many hotels, she can barely eat anything or it makes her feel terrible. At Hotel Las Gaviotas, they were attentive at all times and made desserts specifically for her so she could eat. What a thoughtful touch.
