I love this hotel, I go every year, I have nothing bad to say—in fact, quite the opposite. I find everything I need here to truly enjoy a real holiday. Good food, great service, excellent facilities, and loads of fun for kids and adults alike, haha. One new thing this year: I want to mention the fantastic initiative by our hostess Andrea. After leaving our room spotless, she left us notes on the mirror that made it impossible not to smile. Thank you, Andrea. Oh, and the entertainers this year were amazing, especially the 1,2,3 reply.
A real wonder. Before heading home, there’s nothing like enjoying the spa—great service and budget-friendly prices, a real treat.
Me encanta este hotel, voy todos los años, no tengo nada malo que decir, al contrario, encuentro todo lo que necesito en este hotel para poder disfrutar de unas auténticas vacaciones. Buena comida, buen trato, buenas instalaciones, diversión a tope para pequeños y no tan pequeños jejeje. Como novedad de este año, quiero compartir la fantástica iniciativa de nuestra anfitriona Andrea que, después de dejarnos la habitación impecable, esas notas en el espejo era imposible no sonreír, gracias Andrea. Ahh y los animadores de este año, brutal, destacando el concurso 1,2,3.
Una auténtica maravilla. Antes del retorno, no hay nada como disfrutar del spa, buen servicio y precios económicos, todo un lujo.

The food was delicious and very varied. Very well located, close to the beach, and there is a wonderful shuttle service to take you there. The staff are very friendly, especially the cleaning team, who are kind and helpful. My children loved the water park.

There were a few ants in my children's room, but we reported it to the cleaning staff and they resolved it immediately.

I would improve the All-Inclusive because there are time restrictions and there is a lack of control over room cleaning. We had to complain three times to get our room cleaned, as they went two days without cleaning it.

We arrived before the check-in time but had no problem enjoying the facilities while our room was being prepared. The room was very good, large and spacious (family of four); we needed a plastic shower chair and they provided one quickly. The room cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The pools and water park were good, with little waiting at the Water Slides. Whenever we went we always found sunbeds available. The beach is within walking distance but, if you prefer, you can take the hotel’s shuttle van; you will also enjoy the company and humour of Juan, the driver, a delightful man. The food was quite good and varied — I particularly liked the evening barbecue.
Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada pero sin problema disfrutamos de las instalaciones mientras nuestra habitación estaba lista. La habitación muy bien, grande y espaciosa (familia de 4 miembros), necesitábamos una silla de plástico para la ducha y rápidamente nos la proporcionaron. La limpieza de la habitación muy bien, además del personal muy amable. Las piscinas y parque acuático bien y sin mucha espera en toboganes. Siempre que hemos ido hemos encontrado hamacas disponibles. La playa está cerca andando pero sino quieres puedes ir en furgoneta, que la pone el hotel, además que podrás disfrutar de la compañía y gracia que tiene Juan, su chófer, un hombre encantador. La comida bastante buena y completa, me gustó lo de la barbacoa por la noche.
I liked everything a lot, but if I had to suggest one improvement it would be the entertainment. It’s very good but limited. The kids’ room is great for children, but for those who are a bit older — not yet teens — there isn’t much for them.
Me ha gustado todo mucho pero si tuviera que mejorar algo sería la animación. Que esta muy bien pero es escasa. Para los más pequeño está muy bien la sala pero si son un poco más grandes pero aún no llegan a "teen" hay poca cosa.

The hotel is very good based on:
- It is located in a good area—not right on the beachfront but the bus takes you there (the driver is very friendly) and the beach is spectacular.
- The dining room is very good because it is large and not overcrowded; there is a great terrace and there is always space. Friendly waiters. For an All-Inclusive hotel the food is quite decent, with a barbecue in the evenings.
- Spacious and very clean rooms.
- The theme park is the best. As it is separate from the hotel there is no noise in the hotel if you want to relax. There are always sunbeds and floats available. The snack bar there serves food; nothing special but fine for a day. On the day of departure they let us enjoy the park all day as well.
El hotel está muy bien en base a:
- Esta ubicado en un buen sitio no en primera línea de playa pero el bus te lleva (muy amable el conductor) y la playa es espectacular.
- El comedor está muy bien porque es grande y no está saturado, hay una terraza estupenda y siempre hay sitio. Camareros simpáticos. La comida para ser un hotel de TI está muy decente con barbacoa por las noches.
- Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias.
- El parque temático es lo mejor. Al estar separado del hotel no hay ruido en el hotel si te apetece estar tranquilo. Siempre hay tumbonas y flotadores disponibles. El snack de allí tiene comidas, nada del otro mundo pero bien para un día. El día de salida nos dejaron disfrutar del parque también todo el día.

The hotel, and above all the staff, were excellent; the service was outstanding. The quadruple room had two large, very comfortable beds. The entertainment was top-notch. The buffet food was sufficiently varied and of good quality.

Everything was very good overall: the staff were very friendly, the food was good and it’s well located for going to the beach, which is very beautiful and extensive.

It would be better if the rooms had two proper beds, because the sofa bed is terrible for sleeping. The mattress was so bad you could feel the springs; we had to put the mattress on the floor as it was impossible to sleep. This is the first hotel we’ve stayed in that doesn’t have two matching beds.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is fully adapted for travelling with children, with a water park, arcade games area, billiards area, table tennis, etc.

It’s rated 4 stars but in reality it isn’t. The upkeep of the facilities leaves a lot to be desired. The padel court was even in dangerous condition to play on because the fencing was loose and could cause cuts. The buffet food was so-so; there was variety but it was very greasy. One day we asked for toilet paper and shower gel because they hadn’t been replenished when the room was made up, and the receptionist made us carry them ourselves instead of bringing them up. Those details wouldn’t happen in a genuine four-star hotel.
Tiene categoría 4 estrellas pero en realidad no lo es. El mantenimiento de las instalaciones deja mucho que desear. La pista de pádel estaba en condiciones incluso peligrosas para jugar ya que la malla estaba suelta y te podías cortar. La comida del bufet regular, había variedad pero muy grasa. Hubo un día que pedimos papel higiénico y gel porque no lo habían repuesto al hacer la habitación y la recepcionista nos hizo llevarlo nosotros en vez subirlo ella. Hotel conveniently compact: not very large and with a modest number of rooms, so there are hardly any queues — not even for the Water Slides or at the buffet — and the food is good, with the barbecue at dinner being particularly appealing. Juan’s minivan to the beach every 10 minutes is very convenient.
Hotel todo a mano al no ser extensamente muy grande ni tener demasiadas habitaciones, nada de colas casi ni en los toboganes, en el buffet tampoco y buena comida con la barbacoa en las cenas bastante apetecible. La furgoneta de Juan para la playa cada 10min muy práctica.
The staff, while hardworking and efficient, should have a little more **cheerfulness**.

Overall, everything was very good. The food was excellent. The hotel was very good overall. Special mention for the shuttle van service that takes you to and picks you up from the beach — it’s a reasonable walk to the beach if you’re going on foot with all your gear.
