The rooms were quite scuffed - floor and doors were cracked and scratched, old shower curtain. This made a bad impression in an otherwise perfectly fine room

Rooms were clean but the food can be better. Cards what it is would help and not only the word meat but also what kind of meat :) skipass code was perfect and also the bus to the airport

Parking service. We had to bother the receptionist constantly to open and close the parking's gate (not automatic). Normal drinks not included such as water or refreshments during dinner (paid apart).

Parking at hotel was very convenient and the New Year Party the food was 6 STAR was fantasic the T bone steaks were half kelo size and free Bar.

Nothing would stay there again wayne.

The Hotel has a good location and easy access to the Fun Bus to get to the Funicamp Gondola. The staff at reception were not only very friendly but really helpful, so too were the staff in the Restaurant. They have a ski locker (not heated for boot use), but adequate.

The quality of the cooking of the food was well below what can be expected at such a location. In all fairness the chef needs to go back to chef school on how to prepare an edible buffet. Most meats were either completely overcooked or hard. Good cuts of pork, beef and chicken either pre-cooked and re-heated or just badly cooked. Sad to say many of the dishes were not as tasty as they could be. Rice was many times just over dry and the food was always between luke warm and cool to cold. They had a microwave there but that is simply NOT the point. So much is sent back to the kitchen to be thrown away because the food is simply badly cooked. Many deserts were simply put up the next day and were below par. I would hope a chef, properly trained would be proud of the food he serves. I am afraid, if he was, something is wrong. I say this for the improvement of the hotel and its attraction for future customers and not to be unkind but the facts must be faced. Some dishes were re-hashed for breakfast (which is per se not a problem) but the same dry rice was part of the re-hashed dish. Secondly the wifi downstairs near reception and in 1 or 2 places was good but in the rooms was intermittent, weak and close to useless. The fact it is free is not really the issue. Most people will NOT book an hotel without free wifi, and do take the time to read how good it is or is not. It is a standard nowadays so get it right first time.

Very helpful staff, helped with bus, spa rescheduling, timetables etc. Good food selection.

Hotel is showing signs of being tired, but some rooms have been refreshed.

Easy communication... bus stop to funicamp just out hotel

Cabinet very little not big enough for three people, and without any shelf. This made us leave clothes on the floor

La localización está bien, y el hotel en general también, por el precio que tiene El desayuno está bien, no es de mucha calidad, pero cantidad hay mucha.

Nos pusieron en una habitación interior que la ventana daba a la parte de abajo del patio de luces. La habitación era pequeña, tenia incluso una conexión eléctrica a la vista... la toalla estaba manchada y en general le falta una renovación... (azulejos con golpes, almohadas de grosor ridiculo, ...) El nivel en general es muy bajo, entiendo que es un hotel económico, pero después de ir varia veces creo que ha degradado demasiado y no creo que volvamos.

Elizabeth was great and made our experience much better. The location is also great, middle point to Andorra and to the funi.

The overall improvement. This year has the hotel improved the food quality and quantity. The room was renewed and the WiFi run like never before.

Everything was fantastic, the food was excellent, the staff are super friendly and helpful and at a great localtion. one of the best holidays I've ever booked.

For me the only downsides were the beds/pillows not the best (or maybe too used to mine) and wifi isn't the best which is not ideal for people like me that can't use their data in Andorra.
