We were very badly received upon arrival by the hotel doorman, who first said "you have ten minutes to get your car out of here" with an aggressive and sullen expression. The vehicle was rented, but it wasn't a "tin can". While I went to check in, my husband tried to park, but as he couldn't find anything, he ended up car park in a construction area outside the hotel.. It's okay if there was a problem, it would be our responsibility. When the haulage called our room to say that we had to move the car, I asked if he was supporting the haulage, but no, the doorman was the one who was bothered by the car. I asked if the place where it was parked belonged to the hotel, no, so what's the problem? That wasn't enough and when we were already resting, the doorman insisted on coming to knock on the room door, as he had proposed. It irritated me deeply, as it ended up ruining our weekend. I still don't understand the irritation of the hotel employee, my car was not on the public road, and if I had to stop and get a ticket, it would be my problem and not theirs. The doorman at this hotel is extremely rude and has no training whatsoever for the position he occupies, especially for a 4-star hotel. It was a complete disappointment.

fomos bastante mal recebidos logo a chegada pelo porteiro do hotel que a primeira coisa de disse foi tem(tem dez minutos para tirar daqui o seu carro) com uma cara agressiva e mal encarado, a viatura era alugada, mas não era nenhuma "lata", enquanto eu foi fazer o check in o meu marido foi tentar estacionar, como não encontrou nada, acabou por estacionar numa zona de obras preto do hotel. tudo bem se houvesse algum problema seria uma responsabilidade nossa. já no quanto alagem liga para o nosso quarto a dizer que tinha de tirar o carro, preguntei se estava a embasar a alagem mas não o porteiro é que estava incomodado com o carro , preguntei se o local onde estava estacionado era do hotel , não , então qual é problema? não sendo o suficiente e já estando a descansar o porteiro insistiu em vir bater a porta do quarto, como o mesmo proposto, irritou-me profundam-te, pois acabou por estragar-nos o fim de semana. até agora ainda não entendi a irritação do funcionário do hotel , o meu carro não estava na via pública, e se tivesse de parar alguma multa seria um problema meu e não deles. o porteiro deste hotel é extremamente mal educado e sem formação alguma para o local que ocupa, principalmente para um hotel de 4 estrelas, foi uma desilusão completa
