The apartments are old and smell like wet dog. The hotel turns off the heating during the day and there's no way to turn it back on, so everyone feels the cold differently. We were with a 6-year-old girl who felt cold in the apartment during the day, and the bathroom heater couldn't be turned on during the day either because they unwind it.

I think the pet policy should be reviewed… it makes little sense to allow pets but then not allow them to be left alone in the room… those of us who travel with pets do so with our well-trained dogs that don't damage the accommodations. Either allow them or don't.

Overall, the quality-price ratio is good, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Having booked the hotel through esquides.com, we felt that the service we received from the hotel was distant and unhelpful, as if we couldn't contact them directly to resolve any questions or issues. When we inquired about the ski pass, their response was that they couldn't do anything and had no information about it, indicating that this was because we hadn't booked it directly with the hotel. This same attitude was repeated in other aspects. We believe that, regardless of the booking channel, we are hotel customers and the treatment should not differ for this reason. Regarding the room, we specifically requested a double bed. Initially, we were told that this request wasn't included in the booking; later, after reviewing it more closely, they confirmed that it was indeed included, but they did nothing to resolve the issue. Finally, we want to highlight a particularly negative aspect: the room had an unpleasant, sewage-like odor, which presumably came from the bathroom.This is very inconvenient, especially when you arrive at the hotel intending to rest, and it significantly affects the overall experience of your stay.
Al haber realizado la reserva del hotel a través de esquides.com, la sensación que hemos tenido es que el trato recibido por parte del hotel ha sido distante y poco colaborativo, como si no pudiéramos dirigirnos a ellos directamente para resolver dudas o incidencias. Al consultarles sobre el forfait, su respuesta fue que no podían hacer nada y que no tenían información al respecto, indicando que eso se debía a no haberlo contratado directamente con el hotel. Esta misma actitud se repitió en otros aspectos. Consideramos que, independientemente del canal de reserva, somos clientes del hotel y el trato no debería diferir por este motivo.
En cuanto a la habitación, solicitamos expresamente cama de matrimonio. Inicialmente se nos indicó que dicha petición no constaba en la reserva; posteriormente, tras revisarlo con más detalle, confirmaron que sí estaba reflejada, pero no hicieron nada por solventarlo.
Por último, queremos destacar un aspecto especialmente negativo: la habitación presentaba un olor desagradable, similar a cloaca, que presumiblemente procedía del baño. Esto resulta muy incómodo, sobre todo cuando se llega al hotel con la intención de descansar, y afecta notablemente a la experiencia de la estancia.
