The hotel was brilliant in general, staff were very helpful. The room service made the beds every day and the food was very good and catered to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the themed evenings for the food.

We first used the Hotel when it was then the Dom Pancho 25 years ago, it was very good then but, it’s now one of the best we’ve ever stayed in, for many reasons…the room, food, service cleaning and staff were all excellent. We’ve stayed in many Hotels world wide (5* and 4*) and the Albufeira Sol is up there with the very best

We've been going to this hotel for several years. The facilities are very good. The waiters at the buffet are always attentive and ready to clear your plate.

I didn't like the breakfast buffet. It's usually what I enjoy most about hotels, but I wasn't happy with the food.

Room cleanliness could be improved. The staff didn't have clean towels available to leave in the rooms. We were bitten by mosquitoes in the rooms, and we assumed they were inside the room, as we were bitten immediately on the first day. The cleaning schedule was also inconsistent, which led us to skip it because we wanted to rest.
A limpeza dos quartos poderia melhorar. As funcionárias não tinham toalhas limpas disponíveis para deixar nos quartos. Fomos picados por mosquitos/melgas nos quartos e ficamos com a ideia que estariam dentro do quarto, pois fomos logos picados no primeiro dia. O horário de limpeza também não era certo, o que nos levou a dispensar a mesma, pois queríamos descansar.

The heated pool and jacuzzi were wonderfully warm for the time we went. The room was nice and very clean. They left us everything we needed to clean the kitchen. We will be back!

The hotel itself is quite nice and clean and the people who served us were super friendly. The food was very good and tasty.

The water bottles are not free, you have to buy them and then there are machines to refill them. There is not much entertainment, it is a rather quiet hotel and to rest we were looking for something more entertaining. It is quite far from the center although they give you the option of a free bus. The room was clean but they did not clean our room so-so.
Las botellas de agua no son gratis tienes que comprarla y luego si tienes allí máquinas para rellenar. No hay mucha animación es un hotel más bien tranquilo y para descansar nosotros buscábamos algo más entretenido. Está bastante lejos del centro aunque te dan opción a un autobús gratis. La limpieza del cuarto buena pero nos arreglaban el cuarto regular.
