6.3 Javc Travelled with family Booked on Amimir.com March 2024 Average Friendly and helpful staff, very good location to travel to the center because just 100m from the hotel you have a direct metro stop to the center, Chueca, Gran Vía, Callao, La Latina, Puerta de Toledo, great.

We lost 2 rooms online, one with twins, one not, and they gave us 2 with twins, but yes, they offered us the change the next day and we didn't want to because we didn't want to disturb, the room smelled bad the first day, the sheet on my bed had a hole right at the height of the foot, although all that was corrected in the days we were there, but what we liked least is that breakfast was on holidays and weekends until 11 and from 10:20/25 they were breathing already things and they were not replaced, you asked them and they told you, there is little left and we no longer put something that has never happened to us, they always respond until the last minute of everything. On the other hand, the buffet was very simple but sufficient, but the girls were lovely.

Perdimos por web 2 habitaciones una de gemelas otra no y nos dieron 2 de gemelas pero eso sí, nos ofrecieron el cambio al día siguiente y no quisimos por no molestar, la habitación olía mal el primer día, la sábana de mi cama tenía un agujero justo a la altura del pie, aunque todo eso se fue subsanando en los días que estuvimos, pero lo que menos nos gustó es que el desayuno era en festivos y fines de semana hasta las 11 y a partir de las 10:20/25 iban respirando ya cosas y no se reponían, le preguntabas y te decían, es que queda poco y ya no ponemos más algo que nunca nos ha sucedido que siempre responden hasta el último minuto de todo. Por otro lado el buffet muy sencillito pero suficiente, eso sí las chicas encantadoras.
