The hotel is strategically located in the business district, in the heart of Paseo de la Castellana, next to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium and the Congress Palace. It is located just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the fairground Juan Carlos I. At the gates are metro and bus interchange. The hotel opened in 1999 and renovated in 2007 in a place that enjoys a privileged location within the city center. It has a total of 262 newly renovated rooms and fully equipped. It has Executive rooms and suites. It also has a public parking with direct access to the hotel and Internet access. The hotel has 4 public rooms for various events, from private facilities for small meetings to the large Puerta Europa salon, accommodating up to 200 people and the latest in modern technology. All rooms are fully equipped and enjoy a contemporary furniture. Each comes with a bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite cable TV, Internet access, minibar, central heating and a safe. Guests can make use of the hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym own.
