Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and well set out. The breakfast and dinners were brilliant. A wide selection of choice everyday covering every taste. The food was tasty and the staff in the restaurant and around the hotel were super friendly. Hotel spa a treat at the end of every ski day and hotel lockers available for all your ski gear. Just a 3 minute walk to the slopes in Pas de la Casa. Can’t fault anything

Todo! The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast amazing with freshly squeezed orange juice, Nespresso coffee. Lovely spa, with unlimited access, quality beds with comfy cotton sheets. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Pas de la Casa!!

Convenient location, the room is cleaned daily, modern, (very) hardworking catering staff, nice spa, modern locker room - overall we are very happy with the hotel!
No live music band at bar, toilet seat a bit dodgy, no free water for guests or kettle facility.

They are very large, friendly, and polite. This is our fourth year going, and it's probably the reason we continue to choose Pas De La Casa. Good food, clean rooms, and polite staff make for a very, very pleasant stay.
Son muy grandes, amables y educados, es el 4º año que vamos y es probablemente la razón por la que continuamos eligiendo Pas De La Casa. Buena cocina, habitaciones limpias y personal educado hacen que sea una estancia muy, muy agradable.
People who think the spa is a swimming pool and are incapable of keeping quiet, shouting as if they were in a bar and letting their children play, scream, swim, and do somersaults in the jacuzzi, also hogging it for over an hour. The hotel staff do what they can, but I understand it's a difficult situation when guests don't listen at all.
La gente que piensa que el SPA es una piscina y es incapaz de mantener el silencio, hablando a gritos como si estuvieran en el bar y dejando a sus hijos jugar, gritar, nadar y dar volteretas en el jacuzzi, además de coparlo durante mas de una hora. Los responsables eel hotel hacen lo que pueden pero entiendo que es una situación difícil si los clientes no te hacen caso alguno.
