Everything is very nice and comfortable. I loved it next to the gondola to go snowing. Everything was great.

It has been an incredible offer. The breakfast buffet is only surpassed by the dinner buffet, with great variety and everything delicious, and the timing is very accurate. The room even had a dressing room. Great and free spa. Very friendly staff. Hopefully another offer like this next season.
Ha sido una oferta increíble. El buffet del desayuno sólo superable por el de la cena, con gran variedad y todo riquísimo, y el horario muy acertado. La habitación tenía hasta vestidor. El spa genial y gratuito. El personal muy amable. Ojalá otra oferta así la próxima temporada.

The hotel in general is very good, the access to the ski lockers room from the outside could be improved.
El hotel en general esta muy bien, el acceso al guardaeskies por el exterior, mejorable.
In my opinion, very hot in general, especially for sleeping.

The attention of the staff is 10, the buffet was good and varied and the facilities were quite good. The proximity to slopes is an important plus. Everything easily accessible. Very convenient to be able to access the lockers from the street to take off your boots and leave your equipment and be able to comfortably go up to the rooms. I really liked the restaurant for its classic style.
La atención del personal es de 10, el bufet estaba bueno y variado y las instalaciones estaban bastante bien. La cercanía a pistas es un plus importante. Todo fácilmente accesible. Muy cómodo poder acceder desde la calle a las taquillas para quitarse las botas y dejar el equipo y poder subir cómodamente a las habitaciones. Me gustó mucho el restaurante por su estilo clásico.
The rooms are not too spacious, I missed the minibar although the availability of water was appreciated and I expected the Spa to be somewhat larger based on the presentation photos. But everything was very correct. The screams of revelers at 3 or 4 in the morning passing along the main street were a bit annoying, but that is not attributable to the hotel. Apparently access to the car park lot was broken and we had to go and park in a covered car park lot 10 minutes walk away.
Las habitaciones no son demasiado amplias, echaba de menos el minibar aunque se agradecía la disponibilidad de agua y el Spa me lo esperaba algo más grande por las fotos de presentación. Pero todo estaba muy correcto.
Molestaban un poco los gritos de los juerguistas a las 3 o las 4 de la mañana que pasaban por la calle principal, pero eso no es atribuible al hotel.
Al parecer el acceso al parking estaba roto y tuvimos que ir a aparcar a un parking cubierto a 10 minutos andando.

It seems to me to be an ideal hotel to go both skiing and to be in the central area. The staff of 10, the food, the service, the attention... I loved it.
Me parece un hotel ideal para ir tanto a esquaiar como a estar en la zona,céntrico.El personal de 10,la comida,el servicio,atención....me ha encantado.
Maybe what I didn't like is that only we complied with the spa rules, there are many parents unconcerned about their children and there were moments when it looked like the municipal pool.
Quizá lo que no me ha gustado es que las normas del spa solo las cumplíamos nosotros,hay muchos padres despreocupados de sus hijos y había momentos que parecía la piscina municipal.
