In the kitchen there is a small laundry room under the thermos in which the current has given me when I open the tap, the thermos may have a bypass and the differentials do not jump because it has three and the low voltage regulation says that it must have 1 differential for each five circuits, I have counted ten, they should check the electrical installation. The glass door of the kitchen that leads to the terrace does not fit well from the top, which creates a lot of insecurity at night since the terraces are communicated and they all have a staircase to access the terraces. The girl at the reception very kindly tells me that she will tell maintenance but the hours in which he can come are not compatible with our hours of rest so I decide to leave it for when we leave the room since I only have three days of my vacation and I use the time to be with my family doing excursions, all these errors should be fixed before hosting anyone in the apartment and not trying to fix it during their stay, since it is not a hotel and I do not want anyone strange to enter between during my stay without being present, for all this I expose my complaints with the aim of solving them, I leave with a bitter taste and with great disappointment since the environment is idyllic but the facilities leave much to be desired.
He estado hospedada en el apartamento 23 A de los apartamentos alcocebre suites desde el día 16 de marzo de 2023 al día 19 de marzo de 2023 y he visto los siguientes desperfectos que detallo a continuación:
El mando de la tv no funciona( las pilas están sulfatadas) y no facilitan solución.
En el salón comedor hay una baldosa picada.
En una de las ventanas del comedor que dan a la terraza, la de la derecha está bloqueada y no abre y la persiana de la misma ventana tampoco funciona.
En el salón comedor hay una lampara de rincón que tiene la tulipa bastante deteriorada, en el mismo salón hay un detector de intrusión que está desmontado.
En la cocina hay un pequeño lavadero debajo del termo en el que me ha dado la corriente al abrir el grifo posiblemente tenga una derivación el termo y no saltan los diferenciales xq tiene tres y el reglamento de baja tensión dice que debe tener 1 diferencial por cada cinco circuitos, yo he contado diez, deberían revisar la instalación eléctrica.
La puerta de cristal de la cocina que da a la terraza no ajusta bien de la parte de arriba con lo cuál crea bastante inseguridad por la noche ya que las terrazas están comunicadas y todas tienen una escalera para acceder a las terrazas.
Al asomarme al borde de la terraza veo en la terraza del apartamento de la derecha una losa del muro que divide las dos terrazas en el suelo totalmente echa pedazos, parece que se cayó y ahí sigue los tres dias de mi estancia, si le cae encima a una persona adulta o un niño no quiero pensar lo que hubiese pasado, podía haber caído perfectamente hacia mi lado.
Al entrar al complejo de apartamentos por la noche, hay una farola para alumbrar la entrada que parpadea y al acceder a la segunda puerta ya para coger el ascensor no se enciende ninguna luz y me toca usar la luz de mi móvil para poder meter la llave y abrir la puerta, todo esto crea una sensación de inseguridad.
La chica de recepción muy amablemente me dice que se lo dirá al de mantenimiento pero las horas en las que puede venir no son compatibles con nuestras horas de descanso así que decido dejarlo para cuando abandonemos la estancia ya que solo dispongo de tres días de mis vacaciones y el tiempo lo empleo para estar con mi familia haciendo excursiones, todos estos errores deberían estar reparados antes de alojar a nadie en el apartamento y no intentar solucionarlo durante su estancia, ya que no es un hotel y no me apetece que nadie extraño entre entre durante mi estancia sin estar yo presente, por todo esto expongo mis quejas con el objetivo de que los solucionen, me voy con un sabor amargo y con gran decepción ya que el entorno es idílico pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear.
