          Unfriendly receptionist did not speak Spanish well and I have no problem with that aspect but if you asked her again because we did not understand her, she answered reluctantly... it is isolated in a roundabout... they could indicate it in the characteristics... very scarce buffet... I do not think it is right to have to ask for toiletries at reception, including toilet paper (because it is always replenished when they clean the room) and for them to say that it is due to covid regulations... in other hotels, even bars put it without asking... it bothers me a lot that they use covid to save on these basic services
          Recepcionista antipática no hablaba bien español y no tengo en ese aspecto ningún inconveniente pero si le volvías a preguntar pq no la entendíamos contestaba de mala gana...esta aislado en una rotonda ...podían indicarlo en las características......bufé muy escaso....no me parece bien tener q pedir las cosas de aseo en recepción incluido papel higiénico(pq siempre se repone cuando limpian habitacion) y q digan q es por normativa covid....en otros hoteles incluso bares lo ponen sin pedirlo....me molesto mucho q usen covid para ahorrar en estos servicios basicos

          Very disappointing experience with Amimir.com. I paid around AED 300 and received a confirmed hotel booking, but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly.
