          Hotel moderno . El crucero es encantador. El hotel está algo alejado de la zona turística, pero está bien comunicado y con un mercado zona de restauración y un centro comercial al lado.
          La habitación daba a la parte trasera, donde estaban las máquinas de aíre y se oye el ruido toda la noche. El baño es bonito, pero difícil de utilizar y con poca iluminación. Pregunté en recepción donde adquirir targetas Andante y habiendo una tienda al lado del hotel, me enviaron a la estación de metro, casi un kilometro de distancia.

          Ha sido una agradable estancia, y lo mejor el colchón y las almohadas. Increíble la calidad. No está en la parte más turística de Oporto, pero dando un paseo al ir, (todo cuesta abajo) y volviendo en vtc, (muy barato) no ha habido inconveniente alguno
          No nos gustó el baño, hay una cabina con el váter con la puerta de cristal. Preferimos un baño en una habitación a parte, no integrado en la habitación.

          Hotel con parking concertado,,al hacer el check in tienes una tarjeta para el parking que cuesta 15 euros por día de estancia, no hay otra ya que allí es imposible aparcar.

          Me encantan las experiencias que nos ofrece la página porque no sólo se trata del alojamiento. En esta ocasión en el hotel nos ofrecieron una botella de vino de oporto con los pastelitos de nata. Además la oportunidad de coger los cruceros para ver los puentes es algo imprescindible.
          Únicamente podría aconsejar a los del hotel que el tema de las puertas del baño se ve muy bonito y lujoso, pero a la práctica, no es práctico, porque si abres la puerta del baño y de la ducha a la vez, inhabilitas el lavamanos. Una sugerencia más que una queja :)

          Desayuno bastante pobre, sobre todo en lo que a salado se refiere. Muy mal todo lo referente al crucero por el río Duero. En el hotel nos comentaron que no hacía falta reservar. Fue imposible realizarlo. Una desorganización horrorosa. Un trato nefasto. Horas de cola y espera para que te digan que no hay opción a realizar el mismo. No recomiendo en absoluto. No recomiendo elegir esta opción si se va a realizar el crucero. Muy desaconsejable

I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly.
