The worst experience I could have ever had! Cleanliness was nonexistent, there was a bad smell, the entrance to the apartments had puddles of stagnant water, and the sheets were stained and full of hair as soon as we entered the apartment. We asked if they could provide new ones, received a rude response, and when they finally changed them, we immediately noticed that in apartments 4-1 and 4-3 all the beds and sofas were infested with BED BUGS!!! They were stuck to our clothes, suitcases, everywhere. We had to find accommodation quickly at the last minute. The bathrooms were filthy, the pipes were full of mold where you're supposed to shower, and there was barely any hot water coming out of any of the taps in the apartment. The dishes and kitchen utensils were in terrible condition, besides being dirty. They provide a kit with a cloth, scouring pad, and soap, but even that didn't get the dishes clean.We asked Joana for a complaint form, and at first they refused to give it to us until we mentioned the Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police). From that moment on, things got increasingly tense, to the point that she called the ski agency to embarrass us with taunts and rude replies to both us and the manager of the intermediary agency. She refused to give us the complaint form because she hadn't yet invoiced our stay through the agency, something we couldn't control. She wasted a lot of our time late into the night trying to avoid the situation. They are endangering public health, and when we mentioned the bedbugs, they looked the other way. IN SUMMARY, TERRIBLE HYGIENE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The next visit they should receive should be a health inspection, which we are arranging through the Catalan health department due to the level of filth, number of bed bugs, flies and bad smell.
La peor experiencia que he podido tener! La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, mal olor, entrada a los apartamentos con charcos de agua estancada, sabanas manchadas y llenas de pelos nada mas entrar al apartamento, pedimos si nos podian facilitar unas nuevas, recibimos mala contestacion y cuando nos las cambian, justo despues no damos cuenta que en los apartamentos 4-1 y 4-3 todas las camas y sofas plagadas de CHINCHES!!! Pegadas a la ropa, maletas, por todos lados, nos hemos tenido que buscar un alojamiento rapido y a ultima hora. Los baños sucios, tubos llenos de moho con el que se supone que te tienes que duchar, apenas sale agua caliente en cualquiera de los grifos del apartamento. La vajilla y menaje de cociona en pesimas condiciones a parte de sucios, te facilitan un kit con una balleta, estropajo y jabon, pero ni con eso quedaba la vajilla limpia. Se ha pedido una hoja de reclamaciones a Joana y en primer momento se han negado a facilitarnosla hasta que hemos mencionado a los mossos, apartir de ese momento la cosa se ha ido poniendo mas tensa hasta el punto que ha llamado a la agencia de esquiades para ponernos en evidencia entre vaciles y malas contestaciones tanto a nosotros como a la gestora de la agencia intermediaria, se negaba a facilitarmos la hoja de reclamaciones por el hecho de que no habia facturado con la agencia aun nuestra estancia, en lo que nosotros no podemos intervenir.. Nos hizo perder mucho tiempo a las tantas de la noche intentando evadir la situación. Atentan contra la sanidad publica y al comentarle lo de las chinches, miraban hacia otro lado.
EN RESUMEN PESIMA HIGIENE Y ATENCION AL CLIENTE NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.
La proxima visita que deberian recibir deveria de ser una inspeccion de sanidad, la cual estamos gestionando a traves del departamento de salut de cataluña por el nivel de suciedad, cantidad de chinches, moscas y mal olor.

Completely unclean, with hair on the pillows, apartments infested with flies, and no towels or dishwashing supplies. While the furniture may be dated, the cleanliness was nonexistent. To pick up the apartment keys, you had to go to a different hotel, which wasn't indicated on the listing. I would not recommend this experience at all, especially due to the lack of cleanliness throughout the apartment. I found flies inside the beds and stuck to my clothes, some of which even ended up back in my suitcase.
Limpieza completamente deficiente, con pelos en las almohadas, apartamentos llenos de moscas, sin toallas ni nada para fregar los platos. La verdad que puede tener muebles antiguos, pero la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Para recoger las llaves de los apartamentos había que ir a otro hotel que no estaba indicado.
Experiencia nada recomendable sobretodo por la falta de limpieza de todo el apartamento encontrando moscas dentro de las camas y pegadas a la ropa que hasta han vuelto en la maleta a casa.

There was nothing else left in Espot and after seeing reviews we didn't have them all. Basic but there was hot water and heating, if you don't intend to cook well.

The apartment is located at the entrance to the village, 5 minutes from the ski resort. Everything is very close, considering it's a small village. Heating is provided.

I would like to highlight the lack of cleanliness and the poor condition of the accommodation. The apartment was infested with dead flies, which appeared unexpectedly. Upon arrival, we found an empty beer can on the balcony, and the dresser table was dirty, clearly showing a lack of care. Towels were not provided, not even hand towels or a dishcloth. A small dishwashing kit was provided in the kitchen, but there was no paper towel. The oven didn't work, and there was no bath mat or hand soap in the bathroom. We had to ask for toilet paper because there wasn't any when we arrived. The television can hardly be considered one; it's a very small screen, poorly positioned. Upstairs, there were four beds with a sloping ceiling and a radiator infested with flies that constantly leaked water, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, the apartment was in very poor and deplorable condition—a complete disaster.
Me gustaría destacar la carencia de limpieza y el mal estado en el que se encuentra el alojamiento.
El apartamento se encuentra infestado de moscas muertas, aparecen de un momento a otro. Al llegar nos encontramos una lata de cerveza vacía en el balcón, la mesa del cómodo estaba sucia, notándose la falta de cuidado.
El servicio no incluye toallas, pero tan si quiera de manos ni un trapo para la cocina. En la cocina te proporcionan un mini kit para fregar, pero no hay papel, el horno no funciona y en el baño no hay alfombra ni jabón de manos.
Tuvimos que pedir papel del baño porque tampoco había cuando llegamos
La televisión no se le puede considerar como tal, es una pantalla muy pequeña mal situada.
En la habitación de arriba habían 4 camas con un techo inclinado y un radiador infestado de moscas y que no paraba de gotear agua por dentro, imposible dormir.
En general el apartamento se encontraba en muy mal estado y en unas condiciones deplorables, en general, un desastre.

The worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. The owners were incredibly "thrifty"—there wasn't enough cutlery or pans, and it was filthy. When we arrived, the lights, and therefore the heating, were off to save electricity. Since it was late December and we arrived at night, you can imagine how cold it was. The oven didn't work, despite what they advertised. The beds were awful (we had back pain during our stay and for a few days afterward). The curtains were supposedly "modern vintage and energy-efficient" (see attached photo). Obviously, there were no sachets of shampoo, salt, etc. The microwave looked like it had survived the previous regime, and the extractor fan didn't work. Honestly, two months have passed, and I can't remember anything else, but there were a thousand other problems. I forgot a coat, called that same day, and they asked for my information to send it to me (obviously, I'd have to pay for it). Two months later, after calling more and more insistently, I assume they've kept it. Seeing how "thrifty" they are, I can imagine what they've done with it. Everyone I talk to tells me that it hasn't been there for weeks, that someone must have sent it to me, but that they weren't the ones who sent it.It must be a self-contained coat that ships itself :)
El peor alojamiento en la que he estado. Dueños realmente "ahorradores", no había cubertería ni sartenes suficientes, sucio. Cuando llegamos la luz y por tanto la calefacción, estaban apagadas para ahorrar electricidad. Siendo finales de Diciembre y llegando ya de noche os podéis imaginar el frio que hacía. El horno no funcionaba cuando publicitan que tienen, camas realmente malas (tuvimos dolores de espalda durante la estancia y algunos días después), cortinas de "diseño moderno vintage y ahorrador" (ver foto adjunta), evidentemente de tener sobres de champu, sal, etc no vamos ni a hablar, microondas que vivió el regimen anterior, extractor que no funcionaba... Sinceramente han pasado dos meses y no me acuerdo de nada más, pero había mil cosas más
Olvidé un abrigo, llamé ese mismo día y me pidieron mis datos para enviármelo (evidentemente pagando yo los gastos). Dos meses después y llamando cada vez con más inistencia asumo que se lo han quedado. Viendo lo "ahorradores" que son me hago una idea de lo que han hecho con él. Cada persona con la que hablo me dice que desde hace semanas ya no está allí que me lo habrán enviado pero que ellos no han sido. Debe de ser un abrigo autónomo que se envía solo :)
