Well, before booking I read a lot of contradictory comments and I wasn't sure whether to book or not. In the end I decided... They are old apartments, built in the 70s, they have everything you need to spend a few days. The furniture is a bit old-fashioned, but they are apartments just for sleeping. If you are out all day and just go to sleep, the quality/price ratio is good... When we entered we had a small problem with an automatic switch that had holidayped and there was no heating or hot water, but with just a call to the hotel in 15 minutes they looked for the problem and solved it. They are very friendly and quickly solve anything. It was quite clean, although in terms of cleanliness you could ask for more. The line between being in an old-fashioned but clean apartment and being in a hovel is very thin... In general, I would go again...
A ver, antes de reservar he leido muchos comentarios contradictorios y no estaba seguro si reservar o no. Al final me he decidido...
Son apartamentos antiguos, construidos en los años 70, disponen de todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias.
Los muebles son algo anticuados, pero son apartamentos solamente para ir a dormir.
Si estas todo el dia fuera y vas solamente a dormir la relacion calidad/precio esta bien...
Al entrar tuvimos un pequeño problemilla por un automatico que se habia saltado y no habia ni calefaccion ni agua caliente, pero con solamente una llamada al hotel en 15min buscaron el problema y lo solucionaron.
Son muy amables y solucionan rapido si hay algo.
Estaba bastante limpio, aunque por tema de limpieza se puede pedir mas. La linia de estar en un apartamento anticuado pero limpio y estar en un cuchitril es muy fina...
En general, iria otravez...

Nos ha tocado grupo jovenes de fiesta como vecinos.
Alguien tiene que resetear el router, porque te conectas al router, se habia colgado y no tenia coneccion a internet (aunque eso no fue gran problema, porque la mayoria usamos el movil)
Estaba limpio, pero se puede desear mas por el tema de limpieza...
La chimenea... alguien ha tapado la chimenea y el invierno seria muy bonito tener una chimenea al lado...

The kitchen appliances do not work properly because they are so old (the oven did not work, the refrigerator froze the food even at minimum) utensils old and very scarce kitchen equipment. There were no towels, no salt or oil, apartment for 4 people (4 glasses, 4 spoons... not one more) Tablet size TV, heating cannot be regulated, we were very hot. Paper wall, if you have neighbors who want to party you won't sleep, the owner won't throw them out even if you complain about them playing loud music at 2 in the morning. In short, I had been coming here for years because of how cheap and comfortable the slopes are, but I won't repeat it, it gets worse every year.
Apartamento muy muy antiguo que necesita una reforma URGENTE. Limpieza muy mejorable (lleno de telarañas, sábanas sucias, terraza que no se limpia de hace años…)
Los electrodomésticos de la cocina no funcionan correctamente por lo viejos que están ( el horno no funcionaba, la nevera congelaba la comida incluso al mínimo) utensilios de cocina viejos y muy escasos. No había toallas, ni sal o aceite, apartamento para 4 personas (4 vasos, 4 cucharas… ni una más)
Tv tamaño tablet, calefacción no se puede regular, pasamos mucho calor.
Pared de papel, si tienes unos vecinos que quieren fiesta no vas a dormir, la dueña no los echa aunque te quejes de que estén con musica alta a las 2 de la mañana. En resumen, llevaba años viniendo aqui por lo barato y cómodo que esta de las pistas, pero no repetiré, cada año peor.
