The staff is excellent, the room very good, the breakfast rich and abundant, the dinner lacks quality. They welcome you with a glass of champagne and a very good service. The beds are very comfortable. The location is privileged, next to the center and two steps from the promenade. We have been very happy.
We really liked Torremolinos in Malaga and the province in general. Wonderful landscapes, clean and great people.
El personal excelente, la habitación muy buena, el desayuno rico y abundante, a la cena le falta calidad. Te reciben con una copa de cava y una atención buenísima. Las camas comodísimas. La ubicación privilegiada, al lado del centro y a dos pasos del paseo marítimo. Hemos quedado muy contentos.
Nos ha gustado mucho Torremolinos, Málaga y la provincia en general. Paisajes maravillosos, limpio y una gente estupenda.

Weekend to disconnect, and thanks to the hotel and its employees we have been able to do it. Everyone has been very kind and attentive, the hotel is very good with things to improve but like all, it is worth spending a few days in it. Breakfast on the dining room terrace fantastic. We definitely recommend it.

Lo primero la ubicación del hotel es muy buena de10 , el personal del hotel fantasticos es lo mejor que tiene el hotel La habitación que nos dieron era pequeña y el cuarto de baño muy antiguo , el tercer día en el cuarto de baño tuvimos goteras lo comentemos en recepción y nos cambiaron la habitación. La que nos dieron era igual que la anterior pero con el cuarto de baño reformado ..
El armario es muy pequeño y la puerta son correderas y cuesta bastante cerrarla por que no corren
La limpieza es muy justa , las toallas algunas tienen agujeros. La comida muy repititiva y mala calidad. el ascensor se va parando en muchos pisos aunque nadie le haya dado al boton y eso hace que sea muy lento y pierdas mucho tiempo NO volvería

Estoy acostumbrada a otros hoteles y de cuatro estrellas nada, el mismo camarero hace de todo, pided un café y tiene que venir el camarero del restaurante que está en otra planta y si bajas a la piscina el mismo camarero es el que te atiende. El jefe de cocina te observa cuánta comida coges y la comida en vivo te la dan con cuentagotas. Sinceramente le bajaba estrellas.

El personal es muy amable y atento. Aprovechad la zona premium de la novena planta que tiene un solárium y jacuzzi fabuloso. Excepto un día, el resto de días no coincidimos con nadie, así que fue toda una experiencia...
You have to put up the do not disturb sign so that the cleaning ladies don't wake you up early in the morning and then forget to do your room and you have to claim it (it happened to us 1 day). The pool is small for all the guests and the elevators are very slow, with long waits at peak hours.
Hay que poner el cartel de no molestar para que las de la limpieza no te despierten pronto por la mañana y luego se olvidan de hacerte la habitación y tienes que reclamarlo (nos pasó 1 día). La piscina es pequeña para todos los huéspedes que hay y los ascensores van muy lentos, con largas esperas a las horas punta.
