Good treatment of the staff, good place to park.

The apartment did not work the kitchen extractor fan (it was broken), terrace doors with broken locks (they had bolted latches), etc .... In general, if they improve the condition of the rooms and include some variety in the breakfast, it would be 10 out of 10.
El apartamento no funcionaba el extractor de la cocina (estaba roto), puertas de la terraza con seguros rotos (llevaban pestillos atornillados), etc... En general si mejoran el estado de las habitaciones y en el desayuno incluyen alguna variedad más estaría de 10.

The area is beautiful, its towns and beaches are very nice, we will surely return at another time of the year.
La zona es Preciosa, sus pueblos y playas muy bonitos, volveremos seguro en otra época del año
The accommodation is awful, both the building and its facilities are very old and lack maintenance, the apartment with uncomfortable mattresses, broken air conditioners, lights that did not work, broken furniture, in the shower the shower head did not reach the wall hanger so you had to shower holding it with your hand, broken and moldy screen, the building with many flaws, damp ... the game room obsolete with machines that do not work besides being from the 80s ....
Of the 4 Stars that this accommodation has, 3 are too many. I would not stay here again.
El alojamiento es horroroso, tanto el edificio como sus instalaciones son muy antiguos y les falta mantenimiento, el apartamento con colchones incomodisimos, aparatos de aire acondicionado rotos, luces que no funcionaban, muebles rotos, en la ducha no llegaba la alcachofa al colgador de pared por lo que había que ducharse sujetándolo con la mano, mampara rota y con moho, el edificio con muchos desperfectos, humedades…la sala de juegos obsoleta con máquinas que no funcionan a parte de ser de los años 80…
De las 4 Estrellas que tiene este alojamiento le sobran 3. No volvería a alojarme aquí.

the location of the accommodation is perfect, outside the ube and accessible within 5 minutes from the beach.

the hotel is not properly maintained, from the hidden walls, door frames fallen, air conditioning that does not work, tv only Portuguese channels zero Spanish, toilet in poor condition (manpara with mold, broken sink cover ...), fused lights, broken terrace chairs, I understand that at the time when it was inaugurated would be a great complex, currently this all facilities estanmmuy left
el hotel no tiene el mantenimiento adecuado, desde las paredes esconchadas,marcos de las puertas caidos,aire acondicionado que no funciona,tv solo canales portugueses zero español,lavabo en malas condiciones(manpara con moho, tapa del lavabo rota...),luces funcidas, sillas terraza rotas, entiendo que en su momento cuando se inaguro seria un gran complejo,actualmente esta todas las instalaciones estanmmuy dejadas

Very well everything in general, the apartments in very good condition, has everything it offers in good condition, some place that needs a painted but nothing that will damage the experience, they had live music one of the two days I was there, gym and etc. very pleased with the experience.
Muy bien todo en general, los apartamentos en muy buen estado, tiene todo lo que ofrece en buenas condiciones, algún sitio que necesita una pintada pero nada que te dañe la experiencia, tenian música en vivo uno de los dos dias que estuve, gimnasio y etc muy complacido con la experiencia
A bit far from the beach, 40 minutes walk but 10 minutes by car, but there are places to eat relatively close by.

Large, soundproof, comfortable apartment. Practically everything was fine except for a few things.
Apartamento grande, insonoro, cómodo. Prácticamente todo bien quitando alguna cosa.
Little variety of food, although what was available was tasty.
Poca variedad de comida, aunque rico lo que había.
