The rooms are very big and the breakfast was delicious.
There were flies in our room as soon as we entered. After reporting it to the desk to see if anything could be done, the gentleman was quite rude and said “what do you want us to do about it? It’s summer”. If you have any problems with your room, good luck!
There’s so much bird poop in and around the pool and on all of the deck chairs. This wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay.

The hotel has a spacious room and comfortable beds, spacious living room with a good terrace, it is close to everything you need 10 minutes from downtown and the beaches by car, the stay was pleasant.

I told them I was celiac, and the only thing I could eat at the buffet was fries and salad, which was terrible. Even the sign for white rice indicated it was gluten-free. The all-inclusive bar, which was supposed to be open until 11 p.m., was closed one day, and we had to wait from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. due to staff issues.
