The Chef, António, every night would indicate which meals were gluten-free and even prepared special gluten-free deserts for my wife, which is celiac.
Sometimes, only one van took guests to the pistes, which took a bit more time. Not an issue, but this was something that the Hotel could improve.

Excellent
The hotel catered well for skiers. It had plenty of parking and the food was of good quality and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are noisy. You can hear all the noises from above.

Very nice hotel with rooms big enough. The breakfast and diner got good quality and enough food. Good service in the hotel.
The swimming pool is cold and also sometimes the restaurant room lacks heating.

The destination is fine, but the food isn't restocked as it should be. The coffee is a disaster; they use capsule machines and they're constantly breaking down. The cleanliness isn't the best, and the rooms are quite old and worn out by the type of customerele—lots of groups of teenagers.

Friendly hotel staff, as well as the shuttle drivers to the slopes. Simple but very warm rooms (a welcome relief upon arrival). The hotel is old, especially noticeable due to the noise, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good.

The dinner booking was disappointing. You expect something hot, but everything (vegetables, fish, chicken, pasta, broth, etc.) was very cold (quite cold, actually), though not bad. The water is served in glass bottles but refilled from the tap (all the bottles are open and without caps). The dining area is uninviting and cold. The only saving grace is the waiters, who are quite friendly. I would opt for a pizza or something quick in town rather than the hotel dinner, I'm sorry.

El agua le sirven en botellas de cristal pero relleno del grifo (todas las botellas están abiertas sin tapón). El espacio donde cenas es nada acogedor, frío. Lo salvan los camareros que son bastante majetes. Optaría por una pizza o algo rápido en el pueblo antes que la cena del hotel, lo siento.

The hotel is very neglected and dirty, the rooms are very old, there's no café or bar for an afternoon drink, the breakfast room is turned into a cocktail bar at night and is barely cleaned in the morning, the floor was sticky. The dinner buffet has minimal variety and everything is cold and awful because it's outsourced to the same company that serves the cocktails. It's a shame because the location is excellent. I wouldn't even give it two stars, but they charge a four-star price. We felt completely ripped off.

Very little, to be honest. The hotel wasn't clean in the main areas, the food was just okay, the pool area was terrible, and the jacuzzi didn't even work. Finally, the staff's behavior left much to be desired; they treated us like a group of teenagers. EVERYTHING needs improvement.

The main areas weren't clean, the jacuzzi wasn't working and the hotel looked abandoned. The rooms were barely clean, and the hotel desperately needs a major overhaul; it doesn't even deserve two stars.

It's not up to 4 stars at all, it's more like 2 or 3 at most. They sell you a 4-star experience and the service is terrible. The only good thing is the shuttle to the slopes, everything else is awful.
