The elevators malfunctioned quite a bit; the maintenance should be reviewed. If smoking is prohibited on the premises, that issue needs to be more strictly controlled. I understand it's difficult to manage these kinds of things, but there could be more oversight.

The rooms are fine, but the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The buffet food is very repetitive and of poor quality. The pool hours are very short; the water Water Slides close at 7 pm and the pool closes at 8 pm. There's no entertainment in the evenings; it's done by the kids who spend all day looking after the children and doing aqua aerobics. Some of the waiters are so rude, they're even annoyed when you ask them anything. Honestly, for the price, I wouldn't stay again; I expected much more.

Hotel with access to a beautiful fine sandy beach. Spectacular swimming pools with two jacuzzis and hot showers. There's also a shower in the bathroom. Water slide area for children and adults alike. Spacious and spotless rooms. Overall, a great hotel with friendly staff. The entertainment was fantastic! We'll definitely be back.

The buffet service was so-so, but they do grill meat and fish every day, as well as pizzas and hamburgers. The area is beautiful, everything is very well maintained, but there's no atmosphere at all, which is a shame because there's a great promenade along the beach. I missed having some shops, bars, etc.

Honestly, I have to say the value for money is poor because for the price, it's unacceptable that they don't even have seafood paella one day a week, let alone products of even minimal quality.

The hotel's location is perfect. The pools are great. The food is delicious and the rooms are very clean.

I don't understand why ice cream and mojitos aren't included in the all-inclusive package... it doesn't make sense. The dining room is incredibly crowded, so many people, there's no one to help you find your seat, and you have to get up to get your drinks. The "blackout" curtain in the room doesn't block anything; we were travelling with a baby and a toddler, and they had trouble falling asleep because so much light came in. For the price, it's a bit outdated and has a lot of room for improvement.
No entiendo que en todo incluido no entren helados, mojitos... no tiene sentido.
La aglomeración que hay en el comedor es increíble, muchísima gente, no hay nadie para ubicarte y te tienes que levantar para coger las bebidas.
La cortina "opaca" de la habitación no tapa nada, íbamos con un bebe y una niña y costaba que se durmieran, entraba muchísima luz.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was good, and it's an accommodation I would definitely choose again, although there are some aspects that, in my opinion, could be significantly improved, especially the food. One of its biggest strengths is its location and the very convenient and quick access to the beach. The beach is beautiful, with fine sand, and the entire surrounding area is very well maintained. Very close to the hotel, there's also a beach bar where the food is quite good, and in general, it's a very pleasant area to spend a few days. About a ten-minute walk away, there's also a shopping center with shops, options for doing some shopping, and several restaurants, some of which I highly recommend. As for the hotel itself, the facilities are quite good. I really liked the pool, and something I particularly appreciate is that I always found sun loungers available without any problem. The water slide area is quite comprehensive, although I didn't personally use it, and the kids' club seemed quite busy. The pool entertainment, however, seemed somewhat limited and repetitive.Almost every day was pretty much the same: a game and a dance in the morning and another in the afternoon. I think they could offer more variety in these activities. The room is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly adequate, as is the bathroom. One thing to note is that the safe is an extra charge of €3 per day. Hotel car park costs €25 per day, although there are other car park options nearby, and we didn't have too much trouble finding a spot.
En general, mi experiencia en el hotel ha sido buena y es un alojamiento que sí volvería a elegir, aunque hay algunos aspectos que, para mi gusto, deberían mejorar bastante, especialmente la comida.
Uno de sus grandes puntos fuertes es la ubicación y el acceso a la playa, muy cómodo y rapidísimo. La playa es preciosa, de arena fina, y todo el entorno está muy cuidado. Muy cerca del hotel hay además un chiringuito donde se come bastante bien y, en general, es una zona muy agradable para pasar unos días.
A unos diez minutos caminando hay también un centro comercial con tiendas, opciones para hacer alguna compra y varios restaurantes, alguno de ellos bastante recomendable.
En cuanto al hotel, las instalaciones están bastante bien. La piscina me ha gustado muchísimo y, algo que valoro especialmente, siempre encontré hamacas disponibles sin ningún problema. La zona de toboganes es bastante completa, aunque personalmente no la utilicé, y el miniclub se veía con bastante actividad.
La animación de la piscina, sin embargo, me pareció algo escasa y repetitiva. Prácticamente todos los días se hacía lo mismo: algún partido y un baile por la mañana y otro por la tarde. Creo que en este aspecto podrían ofrecer más variedad de actividades.
La habitación es espaciosa, cómoda y correcta, al igual que el baño. Como detalle a tener en cuenta, la caja fuerte se paga aparte, con un coste de 3 € al día. El aparcamiento del hotel cuesta 25 € diarios, aunque en los alrededores hay posibilidades de aparcar y nosotros no tuvimos demasiados problemas para encontrar sitio.
The most negative aspect of my stay was undoubtedly the food. Breakfast was adequate, though it could be improved. Lunch, in my opinion, was completely lacking in quality: a large quantity and variety at first glance, but unappetizing dishes, preparation that could be better, and overall, a quality that quite disappointed me. Dinner seemed somewhat better than lunch, but even so, I decided not to use the restaurant for the last two days because I couldn't find anything that really appealed to me. Would I return? Yes, because the location, the beach, the pool, the facilities, and the spaciousness of the room make it, overall, an option I would consider again. However, if I did return, I would only book with Breakfast included and would not book lunch or dinner. For me, the food service is clearly the aspect that most needs improvement. The pool area needs cleaning during the day; there are a lot of teenagers and glass is scattered all over the floor.
El punto más negativo de mi estancia ha sido, sin duda, la comida. El desayuno es correcto, aunque mejorable. La comida del mediodía, para mi gusto, ha sido totalmente insuficiente en cuanto a calidad: mucha cantidad y variedad a primera vista, pero platos poco apetecibles, elaboraciones mejorables y, en general, una calidad que me ha decepcionado bastante.
La cena me pareció algo mejor que la comida, pero aun así los dos últimos días decidí no utilizar el restaurante porque no encontraba nada que realmente me apeteciese.
¿Volvería? Sí, porque la ubicación, la playa, la piscina, las instalaciones y la amplitud de la habitación hacen que, en conjunto, sea una opción que volvería a considerar. Eso sí, si regresara, reservaría únicamente con desayuno y no contrataría ni comida ni cena. Para mí, la restauración es claramente el aspecto que más necesita mejorar.
Limpieza durante en día en la piscina, hay mucho adolescente y mucho vaso por el suelo.
