Two guys in street clothes "attended" the cafeteria (they spent all their time talking and looking at their phones). They didn't come to serve you at the table, we had to go to the bar. There was no mint to make the mojito, there was no decaf machine, etc. And the dinners... a real disaster. It was the worst hotel I have ever had dinner in. I booked two rooms well in advance, one single (for my 81-year-old mother) and another for the couple. They put us on the ground floor and my mother on the third floor. I will not return to this hotel.
Dos chicos con ropa de calle " atendian "la cafeteria ( se pasaban el ráto hablando y viendo el movil ).
No venian a atenderte a la mesa , teniamos que ir a la barra.
Nohabia menta para hacer el mojito , no habia descafeinado de maquina etc.
Y las cenas ... un autentico desastre .
Ha sido el peor hotel en el que he cenado.
Reserve con mucha antelacion dos habitaciones , una individual ( para mi madre 81 años ) y otra para el matrimonio.
Nos han puesto a nosotros en la planta baja y a mi madre en la tercera planta.
No volvere mas a este hotel

They did not notify us that cleaning was every other day. Even so, they didn't even change our towels, we had to ask for them at reception and that was when they explained to us about cleaning. The towels were of very poor quality and very worn.
