Quarto bom, bom pequeno almoço, ótimas instalações
Dryer in a bad area for drying and weak, some noise due to works at night, not the hotel's fault, and one of the reception staff less attentive and dedicated than the other colleagues, both in the restaurant and in the reception itself
Secador numa zona má para secar e fraco, algum barulho devido a obras existentes a noite, não culpa do hotel, e uma das funcionárias da recepção menos atenciosa e dedicada do que os outros colegas , tanto do restaurante como da própria recepção

Well-conditioned family hotel. Treatment of correct and friendly staff.
Hotel familiar bien acondicionado. Trato del personal correcto y amable.
They did not notify us that cleaning was every other day. Even so, they didn't even change our towels, we had to ask for them at reception and that was when they explained to us about cleaning. The towels were of very poor quality and very worn.
No nos avisaron que la limpieza era un día sí y otro no. Aún así ni nos cambiaron las toallas, tuvimos que pedirlas en recepción y fue cuando nos explicaron lo de la limpieza. Las toallas eran de muy mala calidad y muy deterioradas.

The hotel is very nice, you feel comfortable. And the staff, both reception and dining room, very friendly. It is very well located, near the seafront and the train station to go to Lisbon, for example. You can park without hours near the hotel.
El hotel es muy agradable, te sientes a gusto. Y el personal, tanto de recepción como del comedor, muy amable. Está muy bien situado, cerca del paseo marítimo y de la estación del tren para ir a Lisboa, por ejemplo. Se puede aparcar sin hora cerca del hotel.
The variety/preparation of the meals. Except for the cod on the last day, which was very good.
La variedad/preparación de las comidas. Salvo el bacalao del último día que estaba muy bueno.

A good hotel, very welcoming. The staff is the soul of the hotel. I hope the owner knows how to compensate his employees. Because they are the soul of said hotel. They are very friendly, hardworking and helpful.
Un hotel bueno, muy acogedor. El personal es el alma del hotel.Espero que el propietario sepa compensar a sus empleados. Porque son el alma de dicho hotel. Son muy amables, trabajadores y serviciales.
The issue of parking at the hotel is something that is missing.
El tema de estacionamiento en el hotel, es algo que se hecha en falta.

The location was good 5 minutes walk from the beach and the casino.
La ubicación era buena a 5 minutos andando de la playa y del casino.
As soon as I arrived they charged me the tourist taxes, and they told me that the room was cleaned every other day, so I had to say which day it was cleaned.
Que nada más llegar ya me cobraron las tasas turísticas, y me dijeron que la habitación se limpiaba días alternos , por lo que tenía que decir que día me la limpiaban.

What was promised was not fulfilled... dinner on the first night was not a buffet but a choice between two dishes, the drinks that came were wine and water, no soft drinks as indicated in the offer...
No se cumplió con lo que se prometía...la cena de la primera noche no fue buffet sino a elegir entre dos platos, las bebidas que entraban eran vino y agua, nada de refrescos como indicaba la oferta...
Few food options, a very crowded restaurant without ventilation, people walked through the hotel and bar without a mask...
Escasas opciones de comida, restaurante muy masificado y sin ventilación, la gente se paseaba por el hotel y bar sin mascarilla...
