The hostel has the advantage of being located in a municipality of tourist interest. Within the municipality we find the regional park of the Upper Basin of El Manzanares, the National Park of Guadarrama and an area considered by UNESCO to be the biosphere reserve. This makes it possible for us to offer activities both in nature and in the city, taking advantage of the best of each and with different proposals accessible to all budgets. The 30,000m2 estate has a shelter with capacity for 85 people, four multipurpose rooms, a dining room adapted for 150 people, a chapel, Wi-Fi throughout the hostel, a projector, 2 rural houses, 10 10-bed cabins with toilets, a private forest with a path botany, sports-multi-adventure area and summer pool, 2 outdoor dining rooms and camping areas. In addition the farm is located in a privileged area, since the Sierra de Guadarrama allows all types of sport in the mountains, both winter (crossing, snowshoeing, ice climbing, skiing etc) and summer (hiking, trails, climbing, etc) . It also has direct access to routes to the summits of La Najarra, La Perdigera, Curda Larga (16km to more than 2000msnm and 8 tops.)
