The room is spacious and comfortable. The reception staff is attentive. It's ideal for skiing. The location is excellent for the Grandvalira resort, close to the funibus stop.

Everything was great. Very friendly staff, the rooms are fantastic. Very well located and very quiet.

The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to bus stops and several car park lots close by. The hotel staff were super friendly from the start. The cleanliness of the hotel is a highlight. The food we tried, which was breakfast (buffet style with a wide range of savoury and sweet food) and dinner (with 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts) was of very good quality. The best we have ever tried in hotels, to be honest. The hotel has a storage service for your ski or snowboard equipment, which is much appreciated. In general terms, I would recommend it 100%, because the quality-price ratio is hard to beat.
La ubicación del hotel es ideal con total conexión con paradas de bus y además con varios parkings bastante cerca. El personal del hotel super amable desde el primer momento. La limpieza del hotel es un punto a destacar. La comida que probamos que fue el desayuno (Tipo buffet con una amplia gama de salado y de dulce) y la cena (con 3 entrantes, 3 principales y 3 postres) de muy buena calidad. De lo mejorcito que hemos probado en hoteles la verdad. El hotel tiene servicio para guardar tu material de ski o de snow, cosa que se agradece mucho. It is a super cozy hotel and the location is perfect (the funicular to go up to the slopes is a 5-minute walk away). Both the breakfast buffet and the dinner menu are very good and, without a doubt, what would stand out the most is the friendliness of the staff (especially the girls in the dining room, who were a charm throughout our stay). We will definitely be back!

The location is central in Encamp. The WiFi was relatively good and it is renovated.

The best thing about the hotel is its staff, Sergi, Ruth, the receptionists, the cleaning ladies... spectacular. Even though gluten-free was very limited, they did everything possible to improve the stay! A luxury of staff, congratulations to the owners for having this team.

Highly recommended. A somewhat 'old' hotel, but it stands out for its excellent cleanliness, comfortable beds and room, good breakfast, good location (nearby there are huts, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). Is there a blue zone and car park nearby economical places (1 full day €24, 1 night €5). To go skiing, Funicamp is the closest (Car Park €3 all day). Lluís is very friendly and gives good recommendations.
Muy recomendable. Hotel algo 'antiguo', pero destacar, su excelente limpieza, comodidad de sus camas y habitación, buen desayuno, buena ubicación (cerca hay bordas, restaurantes, supermercados, etc.). Hay zona azul y parking económicos cercanos (1 día entero 24€, 1 noche 5€).
Para ir a skiar, el Funicamp es lo más cercano (Parking 3€ todo el día).
