The cleanliness could be better, a bedside lamp in the room, the air-conditioning control — there’s no remote so you can’t adjust it — and above all I find it outrageous that they want to charge for using the room fridge, trying to charge €8 per day; it’s a disgrace, the first hotel where this has happened to me.

The buffet food was so-so, but the location is good — the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

The cleaning was almost non-existent. I stayed for eight days and they swept the room on day five; in a beach hotel that seems inappropriate since we arrived with sandy beach chairs and, whether you wanted to or not, the room had a lot of sand.
They made the beds daily — well, they really only smoothed the top sheet and the bedspread; they left the fitted sheet exactly as you had left it after sleeping.
The air conditioning worked perfectly, so well in fact that they had it set to 20 degrees, making it impossible to sleep because of how cold we were the first night. It had a switch next to the bathroom (no remote), so if you were cold you had to get up to switch it off and if you were hot you had to get up to switch it on. We had to go to reception three times for someone to come to the room to raise the temperature because we were freezing.
It was impossible to get a sunbed by the pool; they were only for foreigners because by about midnight they were already putting towels on them for the next day (according to a hotel employee). One day I went down to the pool at about 9:30 and all the sunbeds were reserved with towels, and most remained empty until 11:30. I reported this to the person in charge at the time, but they excused it by saying there were signs stating sunbeds could not be reserved, so they did not bother to do anything. What’s more, they wanted me to act like a police officer and tell them if a sunbed had been unoccupied for a long time so the security guard would remove the towels from that sunbed (an unacceptable response…).
La limpieza casi inexistente estuve 8 días y barrieron la habitación el día 5 , en un hotel de playa no me parece apropiado ya que llegábamos con las sillas de la playa y aunque no quisieras la habitación tenía mucha arena.
Las camas las hacían a diario bueno realmente solo estiraban la sábana de arriba y la colcha, la bajera la dejaban tal cual la habías dejado tu después de dormir.
El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto tan bien que nos lo tenían a 20 grados imposible dormir del frío que pasamos la primera noche con un interruptor al lado del baño (sin mando a distancia) por lo que si tenías frío te tenías q levantar a apagarlo y si tenías calor a levantarte para encenderlo tuvimos que ir a recepción 3 veces para que alguien fuera a la habitación para subir la temperatura porque moríamos por congelacion.
Las hamacas de la piscina imposible coger ni una, solo era para los extranjeros ya que por la noche sobre las 00:00 ya ponían las toallas del día siguiente( dicho por un trabajador del hotel) yo bajé un día a la piscina sobre las 9:30 y todas las hamacas reservadas con toallas y hasta las 11:30 la mayoría seguían vacías. Lo puse en conocimiento de la persona responsable en ese momentos pero se excusó diciendo que había carteles informando que no se podía reservar hamacas por lo que no se molestaron en hacer nada es más querían que actuara yo como policía e informar si una hamaca llevaba mucho tiempo sin ocuparse para que el de seguridad quitara las toallas de dicha hamaca (impresentable la respuesta…)

Every day a battle is fought here in the so‑called sunbed war, basically because tourists reserve sunbeds — you even see them coming down before 7am to put their towel on them. Although management tries to control it, it’s hard to resolve. The solution is simple: go down and take any sunbed where there’s just a towel if no one is around, as I did. There may be some fuss afterwards, but they’re left grumbling.
Aquí se desarrolla diariamente una batalla en la denominada guerra de las hamacas , básicamente porque los guiris se reservan las hamacas , los ves incluso bajando antes de las 7 a ponerse la toalla . Aunque la dirección intenta controlarlo tiene mala solución . The staff were lovely overall — in the restaurant, at reception and in the housekeeping team.

The nearby nightclub can be heard from the rooms all night. I have never tried such poor breakfast coffee; I think it could be improved.
Evening entertainment is limited, and when they play music by the pool it is very loud and you cannot rest properly.

Highlight the reception staff's attentiveness, as they were very kind, courteous, and helpful both at check-in and check-out. The room was large, with two double beds and a chest of drawers.

We stayed with Half Board and, fortunately, we did not take the full-board option. They must immediately improve the quality of the food; it is dreadful, insipid (you’d eat better in a hospital with a strict diet), with very little variety, buffet replenishment is very slow, queues form while waiting for any of the dishes that come back in no more than 4 seconds (2 mains, 1 tray of chips, meat stew) so don’t expect much more. As a first course, spaghetti and salad. For breakfast, the best you can eat is bread with butter. A buffet horror, to call it that, the worst I have ever had. It has been a complete disappointment. Urgent renovation of the bathroom is needed. The air conditioning is a Split unit (very good and it cools a lot), above the bed, so when it’s on it blows cold air directly onto your head. The temperature cannot be adjusted; it’s fixed at 22°C, and in the middle of the night you have to get up to switch it off at the switch. I will not return.
Estuvimos en media pensión y menos mal que no contratamos la completa. Deben mejorar de forma inmediata la calidad de la comida, es pésima, insulsa, (comes mejor en un hospital con dieta estringente), variedad muy escasa, reposición en el buffet muy lenta, se hacen filas esperando para que repongan alguno de los no más de 4 segundos platos (2 pecados, 1 bandeja patatas fritas, guiso de carne) no esperes encontrar mucho más. Como primero espaguetis y ensalada. Para el desayuno, lo mejor que podrás comer, pan con mantequilla. Un horror de buffet, por llamarlo así, el peor de toda mí vida. Ha sido una completa decepción. Falta renovación urgente del baño. El aíre acondicionado es un Split (muy bueno y enfría mucho), está encima de la cama, así que cuando lo tengas encendido te dará todo el aire frío directamente a la cabeza. No se puede regular la temperatura, está fija a 22° y a mitad de la noche te tienes que levantar a desconectarlo del interruptor. No repetiré.

The stay at the hotel was brief as there aren’t many activities or any other type of programmed ambience. We were very comfortable by the pools, since in June there were few people and there were sun loungers.

The room was a nightmare! The bedspreads looked as though they had been on the bed since the hotel opened, the mattresses were extremely hard, the pillows were so uncomfortable we slept without them, and the wardrobes had a horrible smell of old wood, so we couldn’t put our clothes there; we kept our clothes in the suitcases for the entire stay. The food lacked variety and was of poor quality, and anything not spent on the food was used for the dinner. Verdura was scarce. The breakfast was fairly extensive.

Las colchas estarán desde que se abrió el hotel, los colchones durísimos, las almohadas mejor dormir sin y los armarios un olor a madera vieja horrible que no pudimos meter la ropa ahi, estuvimos con la ropa en las maletas toda la estancia. La comida sin variedad y de mala calidad y ademas lo que no se gastaba en la comida se ponía para la cena. Escasa verdura. El desayuno bastante completo.

I think it's dangerous that there are no safety rails inside the bathtub. I think it's a shame that the mini-fridges in the rooms aren't free; they're currently locked, and you have to pay €2 per night.
