-The entertainment has to be my absolute favourite thing about the hotel (even without children). 100,000 out of 10! The staff were so kind and friendly with both children and adults. They did their jobs and then stayed to chat and talk with everyone. I was amazed by their approachability. - The entertainment and activities were fantastic, with a full afternoon of activities both in and out of the pool for adults and children. - The evening performances were also excellent. I have to highlight the entertainment team's work with the opening night of The Lion King. For me, it was a 10 out of 10 in every aspect, and of course, their mini-disco for the kids was a must. - The waiters in the theater, lounge, and pool bar were incredibly friendly and approachable with guests. - The reception team was always ready to answer your questions and address your needs with a smile. - Water Water Slides for all ages, both children and adults, to break up the routine of just swimming - Outdoor car park area, car park is easy - Rooms with two double beds with a very comfortable mattress and a fairly large terrace with beautiful views
-La animación lo tengo que poner en el primer puesto de lo que más me ha gustado del hotel para mí (sin tener niños) 100000, amabilidad, simpatía con niños y con mayores, hacian su trabajo y luego se quedaban hablando y conversando con la gente, me maravilla su cercania
- Sigo con animación y con sus actividades toda la máquina y toda la tarde con actividades fuera y dentro de la piscina tanto para adultos como para pequeños.
- Actuaciones nocturnas. Tengo que recalcar el trabajo del equipo de animación con el estreno de la temporada del rey león, para mi un trabajo de 10 en todo y por supuesto su minidisco para los peques.
- Camareros del teatro, sala y bar de piscina trato muy amable, muy cercano hablando con los huéspedes
- Equipo de recepción siempre atendiendo a tus preguntas y a tus necesidades con una sonrisa.
-Toboganes para todos los publicos tanto peques como para adultos para romper un poco con esa rutina de solo piscina
- Zona de aparcamiento exterior, se puede aparcar sin problema
- Habitaciones dos camas de matrimonio con un colchón bastante comodo y una terraza bastante amplia con unas bonitas vistas
- The air conditioning in the main areas is inadequate. Upon arriving from the incredibly humid street, and then stepping out of the reception area, which is only slightly air-conditioned, the heat in the hallways is unbearable. - There were enormous queues upon arrival to check into our rooms. We arrived at 12 pm and waited for over half an hour to be attended to. They finally attended to us, gave us our wristbands, and took our information, but we weren't given our room until almost 4 pm. Imagine, after a long journey, all you want is to get to your room and relax for a while in the cool air conditioning. - The buffet food didn't offer much variety, but what was available tasted very good and was quite tasty. However, they should hire another person to operate the grills because they are overwhelmed, and huge queues form just to get something from the grill. - Room cleaning, from my point of view, is a pretty serious issue. I know it's peak season and the poor housekeeping staff are working against the clock, but seeing dust bunnies and cobwebs on the walls above the headboard, and hairs of all colors and shapes under the bed, leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. I don't care about the balcony being clean, but the room floor, the bathroom, and the living area should at least be clean. They just make the bed and that's it. - Regarding the sheets, both my partner and I received sheets with lipstick all over them, and others with shoe prints as if someone had stepped on them. That's unacceptable. - The elevators: two elevators for seven floors with many rooms per floor and a lot of guests. One was practically out of order the entire week, meaning we only had one elevator for seven floors. Add to that the heat in the main areas; it was very, very difficult to endure. - The gym: you can't expect much from a hotel gym, but having most of the machines half-broken, and being afraid of injuring yourself because the chairs had hardly any foam and were poorly positioned, meant you ended up exercising outdoors. - The distance to the sea: five minutes or less on foot. The beach is very quiet, but it's uphill, and with the heat, it's not worth the walk. And if you don't have an umbrella, you're doomed.
- Climatización en las zonas comunes, al llegar de la calle con una humedas increíble y salir de la zona de recepción que está un poquito climatizada el calor es inhumano en los pasillos
- Colas enormes a la llegada para hacer la recogida de habitaciones, llegamos a las 12 y estuvimos esperando como más de media hora para ser atendidos, nos atendieron nos pusieron nuestra pulsera y recogieron datos pero hasta casi las 4 de la tarde no nos dieron la habitación, imaginense después de un viaje de muchas horas lo que mas quieres es poder llegar a la habitación y poder relajarse un rato al fresquito del aire acondicionado.
- La comida del buffet, veo poquita variedad a la hora de poder elegir, pero también digo, lo que está tiene muy buen sabor y bastante rico, aunque en las planchas pondria a otra persona más porque no dan abasto y se monta unas colas enormes para poder coger algo de comida en plancha.
- Limpieza de habitaciones para mi punto de vista es un tema bastante serio, sé que estamos en temporada alta y las pobres trabajadoras de habitaciones van a contrarreloj, pero ver las paredes a contraluz en la parte de arriba del cabecero pelusa, telarañas y debajo de la cama pelos de todos los colores y formas para mí la limpieza e higiene me deja mucho que desear, a mi la limpieza del balcón me da igual, pero el suelo de la habitación, el baño y la zona de estar por lo menos que esté limpio, solo hacen la cama y ya.
- Tema sabanas, tanto a mi pareja como a mi nos tocó sabanas una con pintalabios por toda la sabana y si no con marcas de zapatillas como de haberlas pisado, eso no por favor
- Ascensores, 2 ascensores para 7 plantas con bastantes habitaciones por planta y bastante gente hospedada, uno roto prácticamente toda la semana es decir que teníamos 1 ascensor para 7 plantas más suma la calor en las zonas comunes, muy muy dificil de aguantar eso
-Gimnasio no se puede pedir mucho a un gimnasio de un hotel, pero que tengas la mayoria de las maquinas medio rotas, teniendo miedo de poder lesionarte porque los sillones apenas tenian espuma y estabas muy mal puesto, al final te toca hacer deporte al aire libre.
- La distancia que hay al Mar, 5 minutos o menos quizá andando, playa muy tranquila pero subiendo cuesta y con la calor que hace no merece la pena y si no llevas sombrilla estas sentenciado

Very good animation/shows from morning to night, for children, teenagers and adults. All the staff are very friendly (cleaning, reception, restaurant, entertainment), especially noteworthy is the kindness of Pepe, the man who welcomed us at the buffet and treated all the children very well, made them laugh and join in for access to the buffet. Pools are super clean and quite nice. Food of good quality and the All-Inclusive is quite good. We would return without a doubt.
Muy buena animación/espectaculos desde por la mañana hasta la noche tanto para los niños, adolescentes y adultos. Todo el personal muy amable (limpieza, recepción, restaurante, animacion) sobre todo destacar la amabilidad de Pepe, el hombre nos recibía en el bufet y trataba super bien a todos los niños, los hacía reir y participar para la entrada al bufet. Piscinas super limpias y bastante bien. Comida de buena calidad y el todo incluido está bastante bien. Volveríamos sin duda.
The check-in access was chaotic, we queued for an hour. You could also encounter queues at breakfast time and sometimes at lunch time for at least 15 or 20 minutes. The food was very good but I think there was little variety, especially for children; perhaps missing, for example, pizza on some days (which is available in all-inclusive from 12:00h to 17:00h) but those are hours my daughter at least doesn’t eat pizza. These are things we would improve, but despite all this we would definitely return.
La entrada para hacer el check in fue una locura, 1 hora estuvimos de cola. También te podías encontrar colas a la hora del desayuno y a veces a la hora de la comida de por lo menos 15 o 20 minutos. La comida muy buena pero considero que había poca variedad sobre todo para los niños, eche en falta a lo mejor algún dia pizza, (que la tienes en el todo incluido desde las 12:00 hasta las 17:00) pero son horas que mi hija por lo menos no toma pizza. Todo esto son cosas que nosotros mejorarías pero a pesar de esto volveríamos sin duda.

The hotel atmosphere was amazing, the staff were extremely attentive, we loved it and we will be back.

A place where you can work for a few hours with a good internet connection for those who telework or need to be available; my husband had an important work meeting and with the little coverage there was, it was impossible.
