Lovely hotel with large pool in front of the sea. Friendly staff and animation team.
The hotel is situated with other hotels at the far end of Mojácar playa and apart from getting on the bus the only restaurants are 2 churingitos on the beach.

The rooms and the hotel are very nice, everything is very modern and new, with a large shower tray and a terrace in every room. The water slide area was great, and the location was good as the beach was a 2-minute walk away, but it's also true that if you went out for a walk at night, there was nothing near the hotel.
Las habitaciones y el hotel están muy bien, todo muy moderno,muy nuevo, plato de ducha grande, terraza en todas las habitaciones, la zona de los toboganes estaba muy bien, la ubicación era buena ya que estaba la playa a 2 minutos andando pero también es verdad que salías por la noche a dar un paseo y no había nada cerca del hotel.
The meals were limited and the portions were small and lacked variety. Hotel staff would start clearing the buffet before it was officially over, so if you were short on time, you'd eat very little because many items were already gone. The beds were made daily in the rooms, but that was about it. We stayed for four nights and the bathroom wasn't cleaned a single day. In the dining room, you could sometimes see food scraps under the tables from previous meals. The air conditioning was set too high for my liking; you were almost freezing, which I don't think is normal.
Las comidas eran poco variadas y escasas, el personal del hotel se ponía a recoger platos del buffet antes de que terminase la hora del buffet, si ibas un poco apurado de hora, comías muy poco ya que muchas cosas del buffet ya no estaban, en las habitaciones hacían las camas a diario y poco más, nosotros hemos ido 4 noches y el baño no le han limpiado ningún día y en el comedor había veces que veias restos de comida debajo de las mesas de comidas anteriores , el aire acondicionado le ponían para mi gusto muy alto, tenías casi que frío,cosa que no veo normal.

The food for a 4-star hotel leaves much to be desired... We stayed 3 nights/4 days... And oh my god... I don't know what people who stay there for a week eat. It was incredibly repetitive, and it was obvious that they were serving leftovers from dinner to lunch the next day and vice versa.

The beds are incredibly comfortable and the food is fantastic; overall, everything was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff is wonderful.

The room was a bit unclean; it was great upon arrival, but afterwards they only made the bed and cleaned the toilet and sink. They didn't sweep, clean the shower, or the sink counter.

It's a fantastic hotel for families with children. Both the staff and the facilities are excellent, and the food is delicious, varied, and lively, as they have a different theme every night. The water Water Slides are at the BEST Oasis hotel, but it's a 3-minute walk and they're great fun. The pool activities are very entertaining, and the entertainment staff are very enthusiastic. We will definitely be back.

Recently renovated hotel, everything is new and beautiful. Friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms.

The hotel is new, and all the facilities have been renovated. The themed dinners are very well done, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The beach is 20 metres away and very quiet. Tables for six are often occupied by couples, and our group of six had to wait for a table to become available.
Los toboganes están a metros y son compartidos con otro hotel y tampoco son nada del otro mundo.
El buffet es escaso,hay poca variedad la comida está muy buena pero es justa en cuanto a variedad.
Falta personal en el comedor y alguien que te ubique al llegar ya que hay mesas de 6 personas donde ves sentada una pareja y nosotros íbamos 6 y teníamos que esperar a que se quedara alguna mesa libre.
