Lovely hotel with large pool in front of the sea. Friendly staff and animation team.
The hotel is situated with other hotels at the far end of Mojácar playa and apart from getting on the bus the only restaurants are 2 churingitos on the beach.

Recently renovated hotel, everything is new and beautiful. Friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms.

It's very cold in the dining room and the bar. I suppose the central air conditioning hasn't been adjusted yet.

The rooms are great, very close to the beach.

The hotel is new, and all the facilities have been renovated. The themed dinners are very well done, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The beach is 20 metres away and very quiet. The entertainment is good; it's true there were few guests and they weren't very busy, but they were very attentive, and the children had a great time with the games.

The water Water Slides are just a few metres away and are shared with another hotel, and they're nothing special. The buffet is limited; there's not much variety, and while the food is very good, the selection is just adequate. There's a lack of staff in the dining room, and someone to seat guests upon arrival is needed. Tables for six are often occupied by couples, and our group of six had to wait for a table to become available.
Los toboganes están a metros y son compartidos con otro hotel y tampoco son nada del otro mundo.
El buffet es escaso,hay poca variedad la comida está muy buena pero es justa en cuanto a variedad.
Falta personal en el comedor y alguien que te ubique al llegar ya que hay mesas de 6 personas donde ves sentada una pareja y nosotros íbamos 6 y teníamos que esperar a que se quedara alguna mesa libre.

The pool was fantastic, the hotel was beautiful, and the TV in the bedroom was amazing. Best of all, though, was the food—the first hotel where the food was so delicious and high quality! We'll definitely be back!

The food was good, the renovated pool was great, and the location was good. The facilities were in good condition. Overall, everything was good.

The room cleaning was terrible. It was never cleaned by 3 pm, and when it was, it was done poorly. Sometimes we had to clean the table and make the beds ourselves, and the floor looked badly scrubbed. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel is currently under construction, so there's quite a bit of dust outside. Perhaps it would have been a good idea to resume cleaning after the peak summer season, although I must emphasize that in our case, the main problem was the room cleaning.
Pésima limpieza de la habitación. Nunca estaba hecha para las 3 de la tarde y además hecha de mala manera. En ocasiones tuvimos que limpiar nosotros mismos la mesa, hacer las camas y el suelo se veía mal fregado.
Comentar también que ahora mismo está aún en obras el hotel, con lo cual hay bastante polvo en el exterior. Quizás hubiera sido buena idea retomarla después de la temporada alta de verano, aunque recalco que en nuestro lo caso lo malo a destacar principalmente es la limpieza de la habitación.

The hotel is very nice and will be beautiful. But we arrived on opening day and were stuck in the elevator, going up and down. In the end, they sent us to the staff elevator; it wasn't the same floor as advertised. * The water Water Slides were great.
El hotel es muy bonito y quedará precioso. Pero llegamos el día q abrieron, nos quedamos en el ascensor, subiendo y bajando, al final nos mandaron al ascensor de los trabajadores, no era la misma planta q ponía.

The bathroom was incredibly dusty from the construction, the lamps were dirty, we put the towels on the terrace and they were all covered in dust from the construction. We went down to the pool and there were screws on the floor, one of which my son stepped on. Cardboard boxes were all over the floor...

There's not much room to leave our clothes, bikinis, and everything else. For a stay of at least 8 or 10 days, more space would be needed. The pool needs to be enlarged or another one built for swimming and for the jacuzzi to work.

The hotel is very run-down and old. Housekeeping is terrible, especially in the room. The dishes, cutlery, and glassware were filthy throughout the stay, and the seven days we were there, they had food remnants and lipstick marks on them... it was disgusting. The pool loungers are never cleaned and are covered in bird droppings, of which there are dozens. The umbrellas are all broken. I would never return, nor would I recommend it.

La limpieza es nefasta, muy mala en la habitación.
La vajilla, cubiertos y cristalería muy sucios en todos los turnos y los 7 días q hemos estado con restos d comida, con marcas de pintalabios .....daba mucho asco.
Las tumbonas de la piscina no se limpian jamás y están llenas de excrementos de los pájaros q hay decenas de ellos. Las sombrillas están todas rotas.
No volvería ni lo recomendaría nunca.
