I contacted Tomas with a last-minute request to change the number of rooms in my reservation, just before the payment was due to be charged to my credit card. Tomas was incredibly helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was that he went the extra mile to make sure my request was handled correctly and that everything was properly arranged. His attention to detail and willingness to take the extra time gave us peace of mind and allowed us to look forward to our trip without any worries. Tomas, you were amazing!           For the hotel reservation, I was first asked to pay half of the total amount and then the remaining balance. After I completed these payments, I was asked to upload the ID documents of all the people travelling. They told me that if I did not provide the documents within two hours, they would cancel my reservation. I shared all the required documents with customer service within the two-hour deadline. However, I later received an email informing me that my reservation had been cancelled. The reason they gave was that the ID information I provided was “inconsistent.” When I asked what this meant, they simply told me that this was the response they had received from the agency. They completely ruined all my holiday plans at the last minute. Now I will have to make a new reservation at a much higher price, and my flight dates may also be affected. Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away from this company. They still have not refunded half of my payment. Instead, they keep delaying the process by telling me to contact my bank. I will share all the screenshots as evidence.

          Solution provided in under 2 minutes
          There was a slight glitch during payment on the website. Call customer service who spoke perfect english, picked up the phone within 5 seconds, no AI, no waiting in line, no having to fight through cumbersome "menus". Customer support agent solved the problem on the phone within 2 minutes. Overall phenomenal experience. Keep up the great work.

          This is my first experience with Amimir. I am waiting my first hotel experience with a great excitement and the hotel was booked via Amimir.           At first, I thought Amimir might be a scam because the price was even lower than the hotel’s official website. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try.
