The hotel is quite good, the staff are mostly 10 and Hector in the restaurant is the coolest. The food is pretty good, the rooms are spacious, the spa is good, the pool is good too.
El hotel está bastante bien, el personal que tienen de 10 la mayoría y Hector en el restaurante el más guay. La comida bastante buena, las habitaciones son amplias, el spa está bien, la piscina bien también.
It is quite far from the pedestrian area (about half an hour walk) and the smell of the bathroom smells like a drain.
Esta bastante alejado de la zona peatonal (como a media hora andando) y el olor del baño que huele a desagüe.

The best of the Hotel, three very good entertainers, Yeni, Yanis and Alain. At the bar, Jose Luis, outstanding, Manu, Angel and I think Diana. The restaurant service, very good (hence the names I don't remember, but all of 9). Without a doubt, I hope to repeat.
Lo mejor del Hotel, tres animadores muy buenos, Yeni, Yanis y Alain. En barra, Jose luis, fuera de serie, Manu, Angel y creo que Diana. El servicio de restauracion, buenisimo (de ahi los nombre no me acuerdo, pero todo de 9).
Sin duda, espero repetir.
To put something negative, the room cleaning service, which depending on who came, was very noticeable. It could be improved. Por poner algo negativo, el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, que dependiendo de quien venia, se notaba mucho. Se podria mejorar. Y Pagar 15€ por una hora de Spa, bueno, que le llaman Spa, un poco caro. Luego pues cosas que ocurren, que no le vamos a dar importancia.
Ya que es un 4*, las bebidas del TI, podian mejorar......bastante.
