Excellent
Large rooms with big bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful and the barman Guilliame was very attentive. Didnt have to wait to b served moved chairs so could watch football on tv etc. An asset to the hotel. Free parking really handy. I will certainly stay there again

-The food was quite good in terms of quality, variety, and well-cooked. -The staff who served us were very friendly. -The room had two large beds with good mattresses. -Good free car park in front of the hotel. -We had a great time and would return if needed.
-Comida bastante buena en calidad, variedad, y bien cocinada.
-El personal que nos trató, era muy amable.
-Habitación de dos camas grandes, con buenos colchones.
-Buen aparcamiento gratis frente al hotel.
-Estuvimos muy bien, y volvería si encarta.
-I was walking around the room barefoot, and dirt was getting stuck to my socks, which you can't see through the parquet floor. -I'm not very picky, but the furniture needs a good cleaning. -The desk's veneer was coming loose in some places. -The bathroom mirror had a blackened bottom edge.
-Andaba sin zapatos en la habitación, y se iba enganchando la suciedad en los calcetines, que con el parquet no se ve.
-No soy muy delicado, pero necesita un repaso en el mobiliario.
-El escritorio, tenia el rechapado desenganchado en algunos sitios.
-El espejo del baño, tenía el borde inferior negro.

We were very comfortable, the room was clean, the mattresses were very comfortable, we had Half Board, the lunches were very good, the dinners had little variety but everything was good! The waitress was super nice and very attentive! The pool area was all very clean and it was very comfortable! The hotel is just upon entering Benidorm, but it is super well connected with the bus, one passes every 20 minutes. The hotel has free covered car park, in general it is super good!
Hemos estado super agusto, la habitacion estaba limpia, los colchones muy comodos, teniamos media pension, los almuerzos estaba muy bien , las cenas poca variedad pero estaba todo bueno! La camarera super maja y muy atenta! La zona de la piscina estaba todo muy limpio y se estaba muy agusto! El hotel esta nada mas entrar a benidorm, pero esta super bien comunicado con el autobus, pasa uno cada 20 minutos. El hotel tiene parking techado gratuito, en general esta super bien!
The only negative, on Thursday they did not change our towels, I suppose the one who normally cleaned that area had a party that day... for that reason alone, I give it a 9.
Lo unico negativo, el jueves no nos cambiaron las toallas, supongo que la que limpiaba normalmente esa zona, tenia fiesta ese dia... solo por eso, le doy un 9.
