La piscina muy sucia. En cuanto a las instalaciones muy viejo todo y la habitación la limpieza es batallera.
El desayuno tardaban en reponer y muchas mesas sucias a las 9:30h la mañana sin recoger.
No había nada de animación para niños , ni mascota , muy soso encima lejos del centro de Guardamar que si cogías el coche no aparcadas, el parking al aire libre que nadie le vigila.

The daily room cleaning was average, but in the bathroom, for example, there were clumps of residue in some areas (towel rack, door, etc.) that could get sticky. They should check it more thoroughly; I understand this is due to the cleaning staff's lack of time, not negligence on their part. If you have more time, you could do more. They should check these little things because they can greatly improve the guest experience, since the rest of the hotel's cleanliness was more than adequate in every room. Another suggestion: could they include fruit at the pool bar during the TI? For me, it would be a huge plus—fresh fruit at any time of day! 🤩
La limpieza diaria de la habitación fue normal, pero en el baño, por ejemplo, había pegotes en algunas zonas (toallero, puerta...) de restos que podías quedarte pegajoso. Deberían de revisarlo mejor, entiendo que es falta de tiempo del personal de limpieza y no es dejadez por parte del mismo. Si tienes más tiempo más puedes hacer, deberían de revisar estás cosillas porque pueden mejorar mucho la experiencia del cliente ya que en el resto del hotel la limpieza era más que adecuada de cualquier estancia.
Otra sugerencia, ¿ podrían incluir fruta en el bar de la piscina en el TI? Para mí sería un gran plus, fruta fresquita a cualquier hora del día 🤩

El hotel está en un sitio privilegiado, junto al mar y muy cerca de Guardamar o La Mata - Torrevieja. El personal muy bien. En cuanto al restaurante y la comida, el servicio es muy bueno, rápido y eficiente, también en la reposición de la comida, algo que se agradece cuando hay tanta gente en el comedor. Están muy bien y son muy amplias las instalaciones (cafetería, terraza, discoteca...).

Little variety in food for children, elevators are 5, but they're not enough. The worst thing is the location, next to the beach but 2 km from Guardamar, and the car park is terrible, so if you went near the town, you'd miss the car park spot.

La limpieza es muy mala, el día que entramos el suelo de la habitación estaba sucio y sucio siguió toda la estancia, muy incómodo andar descalzo
por la habitación, los primeros días la cama la hacían sin estirar las sábanas, como si la hubiese hecho mi hijo de 5 años y las almohadas tal y como se quedaban de pasar la noche, deberían de renovar las toallas que tienen ya tres agujeros, en las habitaciones se escucha todo de al lado, todo. En relación a la comida bastante regular, pinta poco apetecible, de sabor regular y los platos de cuchara echaban lo que sobraba de días anteriores junto con un caldo y se inventaban el nombre. Poca variedad de postres.
La animación bastante floja, no se ve que sean profesionales, no perdáis el tiempo en hacer lo del tesoro del pirata porque es la peor actividad que he podido ver.
Piscina muy sucia por las tardes.
Antes de hacer la reserva si tenéis alguna duda no perdáis el tiempo en escribir al hotel para resolver las dudas, todavía estoy esperando a que me contesten y ya he vuelto de mis vacaciones. Mi pregunta era en relación a lo que entraba de snack en el todo incluido, si tenéis esa duda ya la resuelvo yo, entra perrito, sandwich, aceitunas y patatas fritas (rancias)
